While not insanely powerful every time, and by no means infinite, my favorite combo/interaction/whatever is Insidious Dreams and Genesis Wave. EoT Dreams finding the Wave plus whatever else you want to Wave into. A favorite Wave setup in G/B is Conspiracy, Turntimber Ranger, and Concordant Crossroads if I want to win right out. If I'm playing more for fun, I often put Mana Reflection on top, then the Wave so the Wave is even bigger and crazier but a bit more random.
Pentavus + krark-clan ironworks + blade of the blood chief = infinite mana, and I'm pretty sure Infinite pentavite tokens that are infinite/infinite. Kinda expensive, but with Arcum, it's mostly free. If you do pull it off, and you have haste (akromas memorial), it's gg at that point. You'd pretty much just have to spot remove prior to all the pieces being out or board while if you can.
A combo every competitive player should be aware of is Boonweaver Giant + Pattern of Rebirth + sac-outlet. This is typically in a GWB shell, typically with Anafenza, the Foremost at the helm. If you get Pattern or the Giant on the battlefield with a sacoutlet, the game is over, and all of your opponents die, and there is little to do to stop them. There are several vulnerabilities, including instant speed gravehate (Faerie Macabre is especially good here, and is criminally underplayed) and other exile effects (Rest in Peace), as well as taxing, like Suppression Field.
Some popular infinite mana combos that win with only the general: Lion's Eye Diamond + Auriok Salvagers (Classic Bomberman combo) is great, mostly because it only takes 2 cards and only 4 total mana (6 is LED is in the graveyard). Again, gravehate is how you beat this, or instant speed removal on the Salvagers. Animate Dead (or similar) + Worldgorger Dragon + other creature in a graveyard. This is also great because it only costs 2 mana, but requires the dragon to be in your graveyard. This can be done with Entomb, incidentally with looter effects (Jace, Vryn's Prodigy, or as a bonus with Frantic Search/Faithless Looting. This is vulnerable to instant speed gravehate or creature removal on the Dragon with the exile trigger on the stack.
Both of those work great in a Breya, Etherium Shaper deck because once you have infinite mana, your commander will end the game for you. Therefore, you can just load up your deck with tutors and infinite mana combos, and removal, with no actual win conditions.
Food Chain + Eternal Scourge/Misthollow Griffin gets you infinite mana for only creatures, and a sac outlet (for your commander). This combo is good because it avoids the graveyard and instant speed creature removal (still vulnerable to enchantment removal). It is also vulnerable to counterspells on the first cast of the scourge/griffin. This allows you to cast your commander infinite times. This is an instant win if your commander has a cool ETB/cast trigger/mana sink Notably, you can use General Tazri to tutor out Kalastria Healer/Halimar Excivator/ and win that way. Also, Prossh, Skyraider of Kher in place of the scourge/griffin gets infinite mana and kobolds. Maelstrom Wanderer can cast your whole library.
Doomsday/Ad Nauseum are one card combos that are really too hard to explain briefly.
If there is any interest, I can list a whole bunch of others.
However I always lose to some kind of counterspell (Hint Play blue) or my friends favorite way is play bant and Ramp to Iona, Shield of Emaria then Negate my Essence Scatter. (This is for EDH btw)

A few other combos I like (favoring decks without blue, and as such, less powerful combos) are Beacon of Immortality and False Cure, or Wound Reflection with something like Sorin Markov or Repay in Kind.
I also love Persist, so Woodfall Primus with Quillspike/Juniper Order Ranger/Mighty Emergence/Melira, Sylvok Outcast with a sac outlet gets used a lot. I generally do the Primus with Quillspike and Phyrexian Altar since the altar is already in my deck, and Quillspike is usually in for the Devoted Druid combo (even better in the GY with a Necrotic Ooze in play), but Kitchen Finks with the Altar is infinite colored mana and life while Murderous Redcap wins the game right out, even though he's not in the best colors to support the rest of the combo.
EDH:

Myr turbine + Krark clan ironworks + dross scorpion = infinite mana
Grand architect + pili-pala is infinite colored mana
Palinchron + deadeye navigator(is so broken) is infinite mana of lands
Then pretty much any infinite mana combo + staff of domination is game over
