9 Delve cards seems like you're going to have them competing and obsoleting each other too much. I'd pick something over Logic Knot. Mana Leak, perhaps?

I'd definitely swap the numbers for Gurmag Angler and Hooting Mandrills. The trample is just too good for Mandrills and Angler can be chump blocked all day.
I'd also find space for 2 Moldervine Cloak in this deck. It was downgraded to a common in Modern Masters. This card helps power up Delve cards while making your small creatures into threats. Looter il-Kor becomes an unblockable 4/4 and Mandrills will be a 7/7 with Trample!
I also agree with Wildfire393 on changing Logic Knot for a better counter. Mana Leak is great and Prohibit is also really strong in this format.
I had the thought of making a Pauper Team America deck a while ago when there were no Delve cards, but now the deck has become much stronger. The main problem is how to support so much Delve, because the deck will have from 8 to 12 Delve cards. This would be the core:
There are other options for the beaters. Putrid Leech was regarded as the Pauper Tarmogoyf until Hooting Mandrills came, and you can swap Scavenger for Gurmag Angler if your meta is full of Lightning Bolt and there aren't many chumpblockers. The numbers on the other spells can be adapted to suit your needs, for example more Snuff Out. Tasigur's Cruelty would be something to look for if it wasn't because we already have a really high Delve spells count. Running Lotus Petal and more alternative cost spells like Daze, Snuff Out or Gush.
In general I don't want delve spells in the opening hand.
Only creature I like at the moment is urborg elf and gurmag.
The rest were kind of filler to get an idea going.
Logic knot is nice once in a while, I usually scry or storm it away if I can for the late game. Better option yes but leak its about as usefull late game as logic knot is early game.
Sorry folks I had to scrap the deck, I could not get it to work right. I thought about an evolve type deck maybe use delver but I feel just about any deck.framed with delver and decent control and draw its a viable winner.
I have been testing this deck mostly against a rug delver build as its the strongest deck I can go against and it wins every time.
I have been working on a jund deck and it can't beat it either.
Since you're running Jund I'd center in a BG shell with a red splash for Lighting Bolt, Blightning and Terminate. Key Jund cards are Putrid Leech and Gurmag Angler as hard-to-deal-with beaters since Leech is immune to Doom Blade, Victim of Night and Lightning Bolt if you're willing to turn it into a Shock to the dome, and Angler basically can't be dealt with outside of Journey to Nowhere, Edict effects, or a 2-for-1 like double-bolting. Satyr Wayfinder offers fuel for Delve as well as a chumpblocker against aggro, Edict eater and sort of a mana fixer, and Grisly Salvage could do the same trick at instant speed and letting you keep creatures too. Finally, Strangling Soot and Firebolt are options to consider if you're dredging your yard away. A shell like this could work:
Unearth could also be an option if you run many < 3 CMC value creatures to get value off the ones that get dredged away. Don't let Delve fool you, as it's a single card you can choose to ignore when Delving away and Unearth can happily take the place of the reanimated guy so Delve count doesn't go down.
4 looter il-kor
4 urborg elf
4 gurmag angler
1 hooting mandrills
4 brainstorm
4 ponder
4 counterspell
4 logic knot
2 spell pierce
1 exclude
4 abundant growth
3 evolving wilds
7 island
4 swamp
4 forest
2 dismal backwater
2 tornwood falls
1 jungle hollow
My creature choice for the most part sucks. No good removal, ramp and counter magic work as does draw.
Treasure cruse I think is bad for this deck, I dont fill the yard that fast. I usually want the yard for gurmag.
Or just keep the shell and swap out the creature's for a combo.
