Kruphix's Insight could be a draw three nonland cards for 2G in the right deck - which is kind of insane. Unfortunatley it requires ALOT of building around enchantments to achieve that.
Agreed about Kruphix's Insight.
My Junk Enchantments deck will probably trade out Read the Bones, which are two of the four non enchantment cards in the whole deck, so drawing three for three is a likely scenario. Very good.

If I had a dollar for every time I missed playing a Counterspell ...
I'd be missing my Mana Drain s instead.
I think my favorite common from the set is Sigiled Starfish. 2 mana for a good blocker that scries every turn? Sign me up. What deck to put him in though? Could go into MUC, or UB control strategies as well.
Triton Shorestalker is also interesting. The black version of it doesn't quite make the cut, though, so I don't see why this one would (even if it can block).
Hubris could be good for some Bogles decks that splash blue. Creature is about to die in combat? No problem. Is it playable? I don't think so.
I think Sigiled Starfish could have place in some combo decks as it stalls and also sort draws. I guess it could find a place in decks like Tron (probably in the place of Sea Gate Oracle or a mana rock) or maybe a Midnight Gond deck that gives up on the soul sister aspect and instead adds blue for ponder, transmute and counters to protect the combo pieces.
Oh yeah, Tron uses Sea Gate Oracle. The problem with the starfish is the lack of power, making attacking for a few points or blocking profitably difficult. It has more limited uses, even if it's probably better at what it does.
Who's going to want 8 Typhoid Rats? Maybe a weird BG deck that uses the fight mechanic or something
Triton Shorestalker is the first blue unblockable 1-drop (except for Drifter il-Dal, maybe), and it can also block.
Satyr Hoplite, while having a pretty basic heroic trigger, is still one of the more efficient red 1-drops.
Red has an awesome array of cheap pump, including Reckless Charge, Titan's Strength, Brute Force, Seething Anger, Assault Strobe and many more.
I could see a mono-red or Red + X pauper heroic deck, with Akroan Crusader and this guy.

Cockatrice is still going strong over at http://www.woogerworks.com
Ghostly Battlefield
The Winner is Judge [2]
Chasay, Caller of Fire
Skaab Corpse Looter
This Winner is also Judge [0]
Hubris and Feast of dreams could've been pretty awesome against Boggles if you could only target their dudes
Font of Return is something I find really good. Maybe in the right Tortured Existence deck perhaps?

Oops my bad I kinda misunderstood what Hubris was supposed to do
