The strategy is quite simple : milling yourself to trigger the treshold state. With this , Werebear become a good beater, All the instants are getting stronger we can achieve a bounce combo with Archaeomancer and Æther Burst.
The deck is very fun to play, but i didn't play often with it. However, my LGS will do a weekly paper pauper tournament soon. Suggestion are welcome!
I really like the new Satyr Wayfinder in these kinds of decks.
Grisly Salvage is off-color, unfortunatley.
Milling a Deep Analysis can be great, drawing 2 for 1U and 3 life (and NOT losing a card in hand) is awesome.
If you have enough creatures, Gnaw to the Bone and Blossomming Wreath are a great sideboard tech against burn and similar decks. Moment's Peace is obviously good against aggro.
Nice find for the satyr ! DEFINITELY replacing Mulch. I like the suggestions you made, but i would like to keep accumulate stuff in my graveyard. Rune Snag might be in the deck , needed to try it.

Aside from that, take a look at Think Twice and Oona's Grace for carddraw,
Syphon Life for a steady leech, Raven's Crime for disruption.
Far Wanderings and Krosan Restorer can ramp you up big time.
Sound the Call, Rune Snag, and Feast of Flesh are more of the accumulating cards.
I really do like Ghastly Demise as cheap spot removal that scales as the game goes on.
Mental note is a slightly worse Thought Scour, Ray of Erasure is alot worse, Pilfered Plans draws an two cards - which makes it better than a Divination (especially for our purposes).
Artful Dodge can push through damage from e.g. a Tusker.

Springing Tiger is a great finisher, especially backed up with Rune Snags, which should absolutely be in your deck.

Peel from Reality and Æther Tradewinds are also options.
Mnemonic Wall is a secondary Archaeomancer, if need be.
Also be careful with burn and other spell-based decks that don't have anything to bounce.
