i did a bit of playtesting with it with my buddy, played against non-pauper decks, it actually works well, a bit slow to start. but, i kind of made another side board.
The landbase seems rather light for the amount of 3 drops you play. If this is paper, you might want to include some house cards like Hymn to Tourach or Sinkhole.
I think you're overloaded on Extort bears, to be honest. I'd drop Syndicate Enforcer in favour of Phyrexian Rage for more card draw.
Well being slow to start isn't always a bad thing What sort of decks did you face? Anything in general that was pretty difficult to deal with?
i played my buddys tron deck, went 2-1, but i think he went easy tbh in that game, then i went 0-2 against his squirrel deck, cant handle a million squirrels on turn 4 :/.

Heh.. I wouldn't sweat the loss to the squirrel deck, good old Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest. That used to be all the rage back in the day until everyone started packing enchantment removal, then the deck just fell apart.
Just to update your decklist so far it is looking like this right?
As a whole it is looking like a pretty fun deck, something that you might want to try to get an early jump on your opponent if you feel it is a little slow is to add four Dark Rituals to the deck. Even though it adds three black mana, as-long as you have a plains or two you can cast two or more creatures or other spells a turn. Figuring out what to remove might be challenging but it may turn out worthwhile if you can swarm the field with creatures and life loss and gain.
