[Pauper] Suicide Black

    I played Sui-Black in Legacy for a while and didn't have a whole lot of success with it, but seeing as how most of the key cards it uses are common I thought I'd try porting it into the paper Pauper format.
    After a bit of testing I quickly came to the realization that this is most likely the fastest and most brutal aggressive deck in the format, regularly doing things that are just plain broken in Pauper. It's speed is matched only by TPPS and it regularly kills on turn 4 off an average draw.

    That said, here's the list I've been working with...

    As far as I know, this the only aggro deck in the Pauper format that can regularly present 4 or 5 power worth of creatures on turn 1. Dark Ritual into any 1 drop followed by a 2 drop (or two 1 drops / one 2 drop + Unholy Strength) is about as aggressive as a turn 1 creature play gets in this format.
    Snuff Out is a amazing for the deck's tempo as well. No need to waste your precious mana you could be using to play attackers to remove any offending blockers, just pay 4 life get them out of there. When other decks often have to commit to spending 2 or 3 mana (a turn's worth in the early game) on killing one of your creatures, you get to kill theirs for free.

    At this point I'm quite happy with the deck and the only thing I'm considering altering is removing the 4x Order of the Ebon Hand in favor of 4x Dauthi Marauder. As far as I know I'm the only person in my meta playing White Weenie & Naya Zoo so the Order of the Ebon Hand doesn't seem majorly useful and they're a bit on the slow side for a deck that wants to kill ASAP. On the other hand, they do provide a good late game mana sink and handy use for top decked Dark Rituals if something goes wrong and the game ends up running that long.

    Now I'm sure I'm going to get at least a few comments suggesting main decking Duress and Hymn to Tourach, but I can safely say that those strategies have been tried and are much better suited to MBC than Sui-Black. As a pure beatdown deck all Sui-Black cares about (IMHO) is killing the opponent as fast as possible with their creatures and removing any blockers that might get in the way of doing this. Anything that doesn't fit this very focused game plan just doesn't really fit and tends to weaken the overall function of the deck.

    I would still main at least the Hymns. Suiblack aims to knock your opponent off their feet with disruption and then win quickly. That's why traditionally they run discard and Sinkhole.

    How about Doom Blade or Grasp of Darkness for removal?

    Ive had a decent amount of success with sui black but from a more control approach with 4x hymns, duress, and sinkhole. Run the 2 drop shadow guys, skittering skirge, and bonesplitter instead of unholy strength. Something like this...

    If you cant get sinholes run rancid earth. I tried vendetta and snuff out, found that paying 4 life was pretty steep, considering that you're probably killing creatures with less than 4 toughness vendetta was a little more value, except that you need to have the one black mana available.
