I used to play MtG a lot a long time ago, and did have an account on the previous adaption of MTGsalvation around 15 years ago by the same account name.
My problem is that I'm not familiar with all the card post-Mirrodin (the original Mirrodin), and there's absolutely too much stuff to plow through for me to comprehend it all. I figured Eyeblight's Ending might be a good card with Wirewood Herald as would Nameless Inversion.
I have not included any lands, since I'm wondering what the mana distribution should be. So far I'm thinking about 10 forests, 7 plains and 3 swamps, but given the chance of replacing some lands with non-basics, the composition might differ (Evolving Wilds, bouncelands, taplands?)
In addition, I haven't played a lot of competitive play, so building a sideboard is something I'm not used to. For that, I need your help. What should be put in the deck against MBC, Mono Blue Delver, UB denial, Burn, Elves etc.
Commune with the Gods can go a long way in helping to find combo pieces! I also don't see much of a reason to use the combos in black. The deck can run well with just the gond combo. I'd replace those cards with Auramancer to help give the deck some staying power. Then you just need to focus on a dual color mana base which is a lot smoother!
As far as I see you are packing two combos into one deck. Both combos seem to share not too much synergy. I like the suggestion of focusing on one combo and smoothening the manabase. I have the following suggestions for you:
I have a similar deck that I'm still working on that also added a convoke/token theme because it works well with midnight guard. But I am not satisfied with the result yet.

So this deck tries to revolve around multiple combo pieces. Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond, add Birchlore Rangers for infinite mana too. Safehold Elite + Ivy Lane Denizen + Carrion Feeder/Viscera Seer. At least that's what it tries to do.

I might be over-ambitious about including two combos in one, but that's why I like this deck idea so much.
- Drop the sac combo.
- Extend the gond-combo with sigil of the nayan gods. This allows you to go infinite with devouted druid + sigil + presence of gond.
- reduce your manabase to green and white
- optional: add a mix heliods pilgrim and commune with the gods (maxing commune with the gods might be best) to find your combo pieces.
