Prowling Pangolin Now that this guy is in pauper, can anything really use him? I am still very new to the pauper scene but I really like this guy. In the right matchup I would love to pay 5 and make my opponent sac 2 creatures or have a 6/5. I'm thinking he could go into some kind of Tortured Existence control deck focused on the long game and eventually winning out with a big stick like Pangolin. Any other thoughts?
Browbeat and Vexing Devil are/were only used when there are no better options (Vexing Devil sometimes sees play in Modern, but pretty much never in competitive Legacy). It's a good rule of thumb to always limit the number of options your opponent has, and playing such cards goes against that entirely.
As a potential replacement, when wouldn't you prefer to run Gurmag Angler? Splashable, usually costs less, and you get a guaranteed beater that only drops 1 power.

EDIT: Also Predatory Nightstalker if the point is to try to get them to lose creatures.
