I threw the Skull Clamp in to just get some early card draw. Works well with Golgari Thug and Ichorid, although I'm not really sold on Ichorid, he kinda shrinks my guys.
Added in Nature's Spiral incase I dredge artifacts and it brings back anything I may need.
If you are going to run light-on for lands, I'd suggest a Dakmor Salvage or two.
It can be useful when you get mana-screw or your opponents start dropping Wildfire-types.
I'd aim for at least 8 dredgers, but I'd run 12 of GGT, Stinky & Thug. If you do, you should be able to dredge every turn you want to, but another way around this is by using Putrid Imp, which will allow you to drop GGT back in the bin every turn.
Together with Skullclamp it might be interesting...
What sort of deck are you chasing?
And how combo-focussed do you want it?
For example, are you chasing a legacy-style dredge deck that spams zombie tokens?
Are you looking to abuse flashback cards like Dread Return?
Are you looking to play with a ridiculously powerful combo-enabler like Hermit Druid?
If NO to all of these above, are you simply looking to play a fair creature deck?
FWIW, I play Legacy-dredge a lot, one of my fave decks, but maybe my experiences of gravehate has skewed my opinions on dredge. Ichorid & Bridge from below belong in that deck, but here in multiplayer not so much.
The only way to get good use out of Bridge/Icky in MP, is to run Leyline of the Void, which will enable you to spam zombie tokens until you run out of black creatures and library.
I have been trying to get a deck like this to work for years without luck, so I wish you the best of luck. Slave's plan looks t make the deck more like a tournament Dredge deck, and if that's what you want, it works and is probably better than many others. It really just depends on how competitive you want to make your deck. However, if you want to win via big, dumb creatures like Splinterfright, Boneyard Wurm, and Wright of Precinct Six, I recommend finding a way to protect them, like Dense Foliage or Genesis, finding ways of giving them trample, like Brawn (this whole cycle is great really, particularly the red and blue ones, if you want to go Sultai or Jund), and finding a way to stay alive after you become the big bad, like Whip of Erebos.
I love the Hermit Druid idea, how many non basic lands would you throw in for that? I will defiantly go the Nature's Spiral route with this. It's a land every turn with crucible of worlds.
Things I would love to add in from your suggestions: Dakmor Salvage - Really helps with the dredge Living Death - I have a playset and I love the idea, but its almost too easy. Will probably throw 1 in just in case Whip of Erebos - Great suggestion, I'd have to add some big fatties with this route. The Gitrog Monster - Makes a lot of sense with the crucible of worlds
I'll update with a deck list later I'm at work. Thanks guys

Other creatures not yet named here of note;
Prized Amalgam, Ashen Ghoul, Narcomoeba, Street wraith.
And of course, if you own them, dredge loves Living Death.
