Is the deck too ambitious? Obviously Stoneforge Mystic and Monastery Mentor are better upgrades. I do like the summoner for the versatility of flying. The deck has multiple ways to win, but maybe I'm focusing too heavily on the win con? Mirrorweave and Lightning Volley on your tokens. Equipment to help close games out. Master Warcraft and Comeuppance for surprise wins out of nowhere. A repeatable Orim's Chant to lock someone out of the game. I know the Sunforger archetype is pretty popular, but I don't usually see it with a 3rd color. Feedback is greatly appreciated!
Be careful about Master Warcraft, it probably doesn't do what you think it does. You choose "which" creatures attack, not "who" they attack. Big difference.
Does the Odds // Ends trick still work even with the rules update? It can't right?

Odds // Ends is CMC 7 in the deck now. Doesn't work with Sunforger, even if you just wanted to cast Odds.
I've sometimes seen players stating that the toolbox doesn't have to be huge, just a few value or disruption spells. Should I make some cuts and just have maybe 4 or 5 value cards? Most of them are good on their own though.
Two more potentials for the toolbox, given we're running Jeskai colours... Mirrorweave has pulled off more surprise party tricks than I've had hot dinners. Imagine turning your Invisible Stalker into the worst thing on the table for RW... Ojutai's Command might also be worth considering, just in terms of sheer utility. Would return dead SFMs / Caws / Stalkers for you, counter creatures at a pinch and replace itself in your hand.
Without further ado:

-1 Odds // Ends
-1 Master Warcraft
+1 Counterflux or Render Silent > Access to a hard counter seems good
+1 Honor the Fallen

Does something like this make sense? Better creatures to utilize the equipment?

Too many good instants to play with. Trying to utilize the best valued ones.
The eternal problem, yeah.
I take it single copies of Sacred Foundry and Hallowed Fountain are out of budget? Tithe would fetch them, that's all. Prairie Stream and Irrigated Farmland would work too.
