Unfortunately I'm not very good at building "funny" decks so to speak. If you had an idea for one then I'd probably be able to help you out but otherwise I generally only build and play decks that are trying to win games. I'm sure that other people will have ideas for interesting decks though.
The basis of this deck is that you can use Bazaar Trader to trade things to yourself. Doesn't make sense? Sure it does! Let's say that turn 2 you cast Bazaar Trader then on turn 3 you use Catch // Release to take a land. You can then trade that land to yourself to keep it forever . Callous Oppressor (and Helm of Possession) is the same idea. You can use Bazaar Trader to trade creatures that Callous Oppressor steals back to yourself in order to keep them forever. Yes, even if you untap the Oppressor it'll stay under your control! Once you assemble this combo you can literally steal a creature each circuit if you want to. Otherwise the deck features sac outlets such as Goblin Bombardment, Helm of Possession, Greater Gargadon, etc. that you can use to sacrifice anything that you nab with your theft effects. Casting Mob Rule with a Greater Gargadon suspended basically means that you get to bash the table for millions, Plague Wind their creatures and cast a 9/7 .

Hope all can forgive a hijack. I tried to make Dominus of Fealty work a while back and couldn't quite find the right formula. I was focused on versatile sac outlets to pitch away opponents' permanents. It was too clever for its own good. Just sat there and durdled the whole time until somebody dropped something big and fast that I had no answers for.
Going to try this list, or as close as I can get to it.

There were fun options which could be budgetized.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
