So I've been brewing up a deck to do really well in multiplayer. I wanted something that could work all the angles... Card Draw, Ramp, Lifegain, Recursion, Tokens... you name it. Well, it didn't take me long to think of how I could use and abuse Trading Post. I got to brewing an artifacts value deck, and after noticing the plethora of "Enter the Battlefield" effects, why not add the other crazy artifact known as Panharmonicon. Welcome to Value Town.
Early game I build card advantage with the Wellsprings and Etherium Sculptor until I can either drop Panharmonicon or Trading Post. Faerie Mechanist digs for artifacts; and while Panharmonicon is out (or a few of them) You can begin to pull tons of artifacts from your library. Sanctum Gargoyle is an insurance policy for getting back your artifacts. Filigree Angel is just dumb. With every card save for basics and a few nonbasics being an artifact, you can gain outrageous amounts of life with this guy. For example, let's say I have four Panharmonicon out (it's happened, more than once) and I play one Filigree Angel. That's 125 life I just gained. This card can put winning by combat damage far out of reach for your opponents. Myr Battlesphere. What's there to say? Makes 4 1/1 artifact dudes who can chump block, Swarm, or be used for sacrifice fodder. Panharmonicon madness ensues. This is my primary win condition due to the mass amounts of Myr I can pump out in one turn.
I don't have a real sideboard yet; here is a list of cards I've been swapping in to test out occasionally.
Others might disagree with me but I prefer Renowned Weaponsmith et al. to Etherium Sculptor when your deck has a lot of expensive spells and very little card draw. It's not strictly better by any means but getting to 7-8 mana isn't that easy.
These kinds of decks usually run Phyrexia's Core in case they need a sac outlet for their value 2 drops. It's not the strongest sac outlet ever printed by any means but the opportunity cost is very low.
FWIW I think that it's a crying shame to play a deck with this many artifacts by 0x Thirst for Knowledge and/or Thoughtcast. Blue obviously has a ton of amazing card draw spells/engines in Mystic Remora, Trade Secrets, Rhystic Study, etc. and I would like to see more of them featured in this list. Even if you simply shave 4-ofs down to 3-ofs you're still going to consistently see more cards faster and that typically leads to smoother draws that more reliably enact powerful gameplans.
So I'm working On a different build of my original Value Town deck; this time with a much lower curve. This is a more aggressive build, focusing on recursion and strong little creatures.
I haven't played this version yet, but I'm thinking it will be a lot quicker and easier to pilot. My other version was good but early game it suffered from being too slow.

Baleful Strix is amazing value blocker who pairs well with all of your engines. Consider it if you splash Black for Sharuum or whatever.
4x Temple of the False God seems rather loose. This isn't a turbo ramp deck by any means.
