Hi dudes and dudettes.
So I'm thinking of exploiting some of my MP cards I've never really given much attention, due to Blue/White being so popular in my group with other players that I've purposefully kept my distance.
So what can it do besides the obvious combat tricks, or others like Echoing Truth?
In the same vein of cards you have Infinite Reflection leting you "steal" your opopnents creatures and etbs or just have a lot fo something good yourself.

My personal favorite that I built an edh deck around is Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper + Conteseted War Zone + Mirrorweave. All other creatures become Contested War Zone's that are no longer creatures until end of turn, attack and take all of the war zone's eot the go back to being their original cards
Like I was just thinking about having Herald of the Host and 4 other creatures, then using Mirrorweave on the Host and attacking with it. Jeah sure it would send 20 power toward every opponent, but they would also have their creatures as 4/4 angels ready to block so it wouldn't be like game over. Blade of Selves wouldnt really add anything to it, just 1 additional angel to every opponent.
It all depends on how quickly you swarm tokens on the field I guess. Myriad does lend itself to token swarms with mirrorweave, especially if you're using perms like Parallel Lives.

I don't think this works how you want it to. Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper would turn your Contested War Zone into a 0/0 creature with three +1/+1 counters on it. If you then Mirrorweave it, all other creatures will turn into 0/0 Contested War Zones and then instantly die when state based effects are checked. They don't stop being creatures because they don't have any plus counters on them.
[Edit]Turns out it does work.[/Edit]
It still wipes the board of any creatures w/o +1/+1 counters, so it's useful in that regard, but it has the same effect as if you had just used any modular creature (Arcbound Ravager).
Virulent Sliver, because poison stacks so you only need a few for lethal poison.
About the sliver. As long as there are at least 10 creatures in play you only need to connect with one sliver to give a player 10 stack of poison, Blighted Agent doesnt have that same synergy. (Not sure if you noticed this)
I was unsure so I looked it up;
702.67b If a creature has multiple instances of poisonous, each triggers separately.
Just like exalted. I spaced on that one, good spot!! I know this will cause arguments!
Biovisionary is disgusting. I think I might stay away from that one, Laboratory Maniac has already pissed off my group plenty.
I keep coming back to Goblin Sharpshooter & Evil Twin, just because I love multiplayer chaos moments.

"When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object’s characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode, targets, the value of X, whether it was kicked, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The “copiable values” are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being name, mana cost, color indicator, card type, subtype, supertype, rules text, power, toughness, and/or loyalty), as modified by other copy effects, by its face- down status, and by “as . . . enters the battlefield” and “as . . . is turned face up” abilities that set power and toughness (and may also set additional characteristics). Other effects (including type-changing and text-changing effects), status, and counters are not copied."
It only copies the card not any changes the boardstate has made to it, I've talked to multiple judges to make sure the ruling worked how I think it does.

Mirrorweave used to be in my cube, and it was a sad day when my group asked me to cut it.
I saw a kill out of my cube that was Mirrorweave on Guttersnipe followed by a one-drop instant to kill the table instantly. That was cute.

Oh! That is cute.
So far I'm looking at a few different shells, there is so many ways to abuse this card!
I use Mirrorweave in an old casual mp deck tinkering with creature types mainly using Griffin Rider, Cloudreach Cavalry and many flying tokens from cards like Battle Screech. Win option one is to have Runed Stalactite in play or a changeling at my hand. Play MW, turn all creatures into Griffin Riders/Cloudreach Cavalry, attach the Runed Stalactite or play a changeling. Option two is to attack unblocked with lots of flying tokens and then copy the biggest thing at the table.
Best play ever happened with MW was when i started turn five with 6 creatures, Mirrorweave at my hand and a resurected It That Betrays under one of my opponents control at the battlefield...

Here's a few to give you an idea of what I'm considering;
MW + Arcbound Stinger-types = sweeper. Also EOT death with Ball Lightning-types.
MW + Drooling Ogre, then play an artefact.
MW + Hero of Bladehold. oof!
MW + Goblin Sharpshooter / Avatar of Woe. Sounds like chaos
MW + fatty, think Nemesis of Reason, Stormtide Leviathan, Pathrazer of Ulamog etc.
MW + a Manland, eg Creeping tar pit turned beastmode = all opponent creatures become unanimated lands.
I'm also looking at other possible cards that help this effect potentially.
Panoptic Mirror
Brawn, Wonder, Valor etc.
So how do you make the most of it?
Cheers.
You could animate Chaos Confetti, Mirrorweave it, cast Mob Rule then rip everyone elses cards up. Probably won't make you very popular though.

See what power you can raise 2 to.
Myriad? I totally forgot about that. And myriad STACKS. Blade of Selves and a few other myriad cards could be good here.
Handy in high life metas.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
Yeah I did give this some thought too. Blighted Agent is a card I already own (but don't actually use funnily enough)

That makes it a lot better.
(Just add a Rogue's Passage for a kill...)

As far as 0/0 creatures go, that enables a Wrath-Mirrorweave moment;
Cytoplast Manipulator & Academy Elite look useful. Golgari Grave-Troll is a possibility but deck design counts it out.
Endless One could be useful too.
Kalonian Hydra could work here potentially, as could Mikaeus, the Lunarch.
Keep them coming everyone, these are all great suggestions!

Another case of "I-did-not-read-the-whole-card". Thanks for correcting me!
