Hey everyone. Looking to revamp my Orzhov deck as of recent. I've been running a Zulaport Cutthroat human tribal deck, but it just seems lacking for some reason. I've seen some Iname decks floating around, but not really in the Orzhov colors. I know there's some cool interactions with spirit creatures like Horobi, Death's Wail + Kuro, Pitlord which looks fun. Is it viable to still run without high end creatures like Bloodghast? I would like to keep it budget-ish ($10+ for 1-2 cards is okay, but not $50+ for a full playset), but still have it play somewhat fair and competitively. I think cards like Living Death, Twilight's Call, and Crypt of Agadeem would be a start. Patriarch's Bidding in place of TC maybe? If there are other card suggestions I'm missing out on please let me know. I'm not really a fan of I win cards like Mortal Combat.
If something like this isn't viable, what are some other cool archetypes? I know there's the usual life gain/drain, but meh, that's been done before.
Just for reference here is my previous Orzhov deck. I could always add Living Death to it too along with other humans that aren't 2 CMC since LD doesn't care about cost like Immortal Servitude and Return to the Ranks do.
I don't know what to tell you on the iname front, but if you want to keep an aristocrats style deck I've had success running b/w soul sisters deck with Karlov of the ghost council. The clamps could easily be something else if they are too OP for your group. They work well here as an AIO sac outlet and draw engine however.

Bloodghast is one of the core cards to most Iname strategies. The deck will still function without them but it's a substantial loss. He Who Hungers was always your best card against opposing Control/Combo strategies and losing your "free" fodder hurts.
If you're willing to shell out 20 bucks for a couple of cards try and pick up some Entombs. Iname is relatively slow and the deck doesn't do much unless you draw her. You'll want as many Entombs as you can afford and some Buried Alive to support an Animate Dead/Recurring Nightmare package to increases consistency and to cheat her into play early on.
Patriarch's Bidding is substantially better than Twilight's Call if you can afford it but I it's not the end of the world if you jam the cheaper alternative instead.
Coollink19: Thanks for the idea. I've pondered a BW soul sisters deck before, but ultimately went with a RW build with them instead.
Prid3: Ya I think that this deck will be a little bit out of my budget. I had saw you posted one a while back with a lot of those cards that looked really sweet, but a little high on the wallet. Here's the deck posted for reference:
I have to ask about the 1x Skullclamp and what that entails. Any deck that wants 1 wants 4 so unless you're employing some weird house rules we should probably be told about them.
Aw I guess I didn't see that combo. I try to not go infinite in my decks. Maybe I'll sub the AOGR and Fiend Hunter for something different? I have the full 4 clamp in a Prosh deck and I just have 1 extra, only reason. I can always replace it with another form of card draw. Any other sweet humans that would have good synergy with the deck? A flashback Increasing Devotion with 10 10/10 humans would be pretty sweet. Maybe a single Oversold Cemetery so I can keep triggering my Door of Destinies?

Recurring Nightmare is fantastic in Iname decks because they typically feature creatures such as Bloodghast, Nether Shadow, Nether Traitor, Krovikan Horror and Kokusho, the Evening Star.

An Angel of Glory's Rise deck would be solid, but Mesmeric Orb has jumped too high in price. I know that Undercity Informer and Unburial Rites would be the mill options for this style of deck. Anyone have ideas that is NOT Angel of Glory's Rise+Laboratory Maniac+Dread Return+etc...
Of course! See you just pair Angel of Glory's Rise + Fiend Hunter + Cartel Aristocrat for infinite death triggers and then win with Zulaport Cutthroat!
...
Why are you all staring at me like that :<?
I have to ask about the 1x Skullclamp and what that entails. Any deck that wants 1 wants 4 so unless you're employing some weird house rules we should probably be told about them.
Merciless Eviction isn't great in this style of deck. Maybe Austere Command or even some cheaper form of ench/art removal?
