Obviously, Assemble the Legion and a few other perm's like Kaalia of the Vast & It that Betrays would be the bomb, if you could land them.
But really, how useful is Razzy-P?
In my experience, letting an opponent keep certain pieces, even if we nuke their manabase, isn't always the crushing blow it might be.
Anyone played this card? How did you use it, and how good is it in practice?
You hit the nail on the head with the Assemble the Legion example. This is the kind of card that you want in your Gilded LotusMLD deck full of durable finishers. At 6 CMC it tends to lose out to things like Wildfire or Jokulhaups but it's obviously insane if you can slam it with 3 good cards in play. The problem is clearly that everyone else gets to keep their bombs as well which is why you rarely see people fielding it. It's an objectively powerful card and it would be foolish to argue otherwise but the effect isn't consistent which makes it an unreliable build-around-me.
