I feel i need some more multi target combat tricks as well as some good 1 drops. Also are there any good card draw options i could run?
Would triplicate spirits, doomed traveler, or mentor of the meek work well? How about Dynacharge and weapon surge?
I was thinking of adding in some battallion creatures as well such as Frontline Medic and Firemane Avenger.
What would be some good cheap removal to run that is budget?
Lieutenants of the Guard is unplayable trash. People will simply stick +1/+1 counters on it. Do you want a vanilla 5 mana 5/5 in your weenie deck? Or any deck for that matter? Just play 4x Adriana.
Squadron Hawk is basically strictly better than Raise the Alarm. More bodies, they fly, better synergy with draw engines, etc.
Combat tricks are heinous in multiplayer. They're one-shot deals in a format where you're tasked to defeat multiple adversaries. Let's say they enable you to beat past one blocker, so what? What happens when the next person plays one? And the one after that? Are you going to fight through all of them on a 1-for-1 basis in a deck with 0 card draw? If you need to break board-stalls field 4x Relic Seeker and then some Equipment like Grafted Wargear. 2-3 should suffice.

Good? No. Mentor of the Meek and Bygone Bishop are the closest things to playable card draw spells in the colors. They get the job done but that's the highest praise that you can realistically award them.

Weathered Wayfarer is a repeatable way to grab land for retrace cards. In these colours, options like Cenn's Enlistment & Waves of Aggression aren't too bad.
