Here's just a rough idea. Not sure how it would perform, but most spells interact with both the dwellers and goggles. Burning Wish can obviously grab whatever is needed at the time. Copying it to grab something like Mana Geyser and Comet Storm is a nice game ender. The Fellwar Stone is obviously there for ramp, but also color fixing so you can grab any other color sorcery and even get to copy the different colored stuff like Cruel Ultimatum. Exotic Orchard also helps with this concept. Obviously Lightning Bolt is spot removal, but being able to copy it or cast it from the graveyard to do 6+ to a player or some durps is too good to pass up. Boom // Bust is just a fun card to cast right away if you are at the advantage point of the game. A lot of other singletons are there just for value with both the dwellers and goggles.
Yes, I knew that. It can be copied with the goggles though which is cool. And the wish could always crab something 3CMC or less and then be recycled again with the dwellers.

Cool just checking.
What I did when I built this deck was use Seething Song so that on turn 3 you can go Seething Song -> GDD -> Pyromancer's Goggles which sets you up for the rest of the game. Turn 3 you have a blocker, ramp and a doubling engine all ready to go. I recommend playing at least 3 copies of Goggles since you can pitch extras with your Tormenting Voices and the first is so good. Turning Voice/Wild Guess into "2 mana draw 4 discard 1" is absurd. Where you play things like Read the Bones I had the full 4x Tormenting Voice, 4x Wild Guess and at least 3x Pyromancer's Goggles.
FWIW I always play Mizzium Mortars over Bolt since Overloading it is a very real sequence that comes up all the time. It still kills small crap early on but it's legitimately amazing in the midgame.
That sounds like the god hand to get that sort of set up on turn 3, but very powerful. I may go ahead and try to test the full 4 Tormenting Voice. It seems like when you don't have the goggles though it's more of a disadvantage discarding a card, that's why I run 1 of the Read the Bones to scry and then play it again with GDD if I need to. With the extra space if I omit the bolts and play 4 mortars would you run more cards to take advantage with the GDD or cards to use with Goggles? Any good Black/Red spells that would work? Breath of Malfegor for 10 to the face at the end step and tutoring for Earthquake or Flame Rift if your ahead on life would be game.

It is, but that's why you run a lot of dig and 3-4x Goggles so that when you do find one (and you will) Tormenting Voice becomes "2 mana draw 3 cards" which makes up for the weak early game.

One card that I'll mention is Howl of the Horde. GDD is a powerful attacker that easily triggers raid and casting any spell 2-4x usually ends the game on the spot. I'm partial to Price of Progress but YMMV since I don't know what your meta is like.
I was goldfishing a few hands and the dig definitely gets going once you find the goggles. The key now is keeping the core spells that will function in the deck. I know almost anything can be tutored, but I still want it to play consistently. I'm not looking to go infinite, but that's still a pretty neat trick with Dualcaster Mage. Price of Progress varies. Sometimes my meta plays a lot of different lands, sometimes they play just basic mono colored decks. Too bad it's not a sorcery. Do you think the ramp of Fellwar Stone is necessary? I keep debating. Sometimes I'll get flooded with lands and stones, but I can always pitch them to draw another 4 cards. I was thinking maybe a single Voltaic Key to untap goggles and also use on my stones if I need double colored mana for those outside the game sorceries. If I know I'm in a situation where I can win the next turn, I could always tutor Death Wish to grab another Breath of Malfegor or any other card that can help me win on the spot after that.
Do you think the ramp of Fellwar Stone is necessary?
No. I try to maximize the number of spells because an incredibly common sequence is to fetch a midgame Mana Geyser and go off with things like Mizzix's Mastery and Past in Flames. Like I said I prefer to run a ton of Voices and Guesses because none of those discards matter when I'm simply going to Mizzix's Mastery them all for free regardless.

This is a spell deck first and an Artifact deck second in my experience. Key doesn't seem especially appealing to me since it's not as though you can abuse them early on with Basalt Monoliths or anything.
If I put in a Mizzix's Mastery what would I be able to go off with? My deck doesn't really have a lot of gaming winning spells inside of it. I took out the Fellwar Stones for now and added a Comet Storm that I can use with a hopefully large Mana Geyser from the sideboard.
Hey again. I'm looking to update this deck to omit Burning Wish for the time being so I'm hoping my win cons and plan of strategy are sufficient. Mainly casting a huge Mana Geysered Comet Storm and eventually fetching up a Yawgmoth's Will to do it again sounds good. I also have a couple Grave Titan as beaters to clear once the board has been wiped as well, but are they too lackluster? Since I have Mana Geyser is there a better creature to consider (Besides Emrakul, etc.). Maybe Void Winnower? Insurrection is a no go due to it being a wasted spell because of too many Fog effects in my meta. I used to have Crux of Fate but turned to Languish as it helps to be a turn quicker sometimes. Blasphemous Act is also an option, but sometimes there's never enough creatures to get the R casting cost out of it. I also decided to only have 6xTormenting Voice effects, as sometimes 8 feels like it can be too much mediocre draw when you don't have the goggles out.

I also liked the Boom // Bust angle of the deck and eventually built one that went for Rite of the Raging Storm into GDD on Boom // Bust and/or Jokulhaups. I could still go turn 2 Wish turn 3 Song -> GDD -> Rite of the Raging Storm too and you just Wish for any solid mass removal spell and jam it on turn 5-6.

That being said all of the usually suspects work just fine. I'm partial to Twinflame mostly because I think that Dualcaster Mage is insane in Tormenting Voice and/or Wild Guess decks (you don't pay additional costs on copies) and Twinflame also goes infinite with Dualcaster Mage.

This. By "go off" I don't literally mean "win the game on the spot," I simply mean "generate an absurd amount of value for a one-card investment."

Creatures (6)
4x Goblin Dark-Dwellers
2x Grave Titan
Spells (29)
2x Magmatic Insight
1x Demonic Tutor
1x Dreadbore
