With an Heartless Summoning in play, I often cast Mulldrifter in evoke (for U) and before it can die to evoke, I cast Undying Evil on it to draw 2 more cards and have the Mulldrifter back with a +1/+1 counter on it.
This deck could use two things....a way to mill my opponents so they have creatures in their graveyards for me to animate and creatures that dont really care about the -1/-1 effect of Heartless Summoning.
Maybe I could trade out red for white...but I already have a Sun Titan deck where I sacrifice Dance of Many to Claws of Gix in response to the ability that puts the token so the Sun Titan token can bring back the Dance of Many...netting me 1 Titan in play for each 1 that I have...ending all this by an Animate Dead or a Chaos Orb usually. It would be like running the same deck twice. Though it's true that my titans would come out much faster with Heartless Summoning around.

The Solemn Simulacrum dies as it comes into play with 2 Heartless Summoning on the board...1 land and 1 card for 0 isnt that bad.
Feel free to suggest changes to this deck.

Thanks for your help,
Kain
If you want self-mill the best card for the job is Mesmeric Orb. I've also ran things like Altar of the Brood and Chancellor of the Spires. Chancellor pulls double-duty since you can cast it for 5 CMC as a bad Diluvian Primordial.
