I would imagine you'd have a hard time hitting GG, WW, and or WGB with that manabase. Eventually sure. But on curve? Never. Steve in turn 2 would be hard and turn 3 and 4 look like a nightmare. Why are we running 8 post? I don't think you need it. Just swap in some color producing lands.
I think it needs card drawing.
If you run a more color oriented manabase you could run 4x Bloodgift Demon.
Or your personal favourite drawing cards.
Maybe Syphon Mind if your tables are five or bigger.

In magic there's Harry Dresden, Fizban, Sethra Lavode, Dorotea Senjak and me...
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
Utopia Sprawl requires roughly 14 Forests to be consistent. You have 3. You'll be able to cast it on turn 1 roughly 35% of the time.
Most people support Eldrazi Displacer with Painlands. I have to agree that a 3 color Cloudpost deck is ridiculously greedy. For example, this deck has 7 Green sources total to support 16 Green cards (4 of which are GG). You won't reliably draw one (90% probability) until turn 9 and while that number doesn't account for mulligans it's still a flashing warning sign that your mana base isn't going to work. Turn 2 STEve is only coming down about 70% of the time. Come turn 8 you're barely over 50% to be able to cast Witness. You'll draw a Black source for turn 4 about 65% of the time so your Rhinos aren't exactly secure 4 drops by any means. Grasp of Fate on turn 3 about 53% of the time. *** on turn 4 just under 60% of the time. That is, in something very close to half of your games you won't even be able to cast your spells.
Thanks for the input everyone. As of now, this deck is getting a major overhaul. I'm thinking about keeping it a post deck and adding exsanguinate as my finisher. Maybe Siege Rhino doesn't make the cut anymore. I like it, but I don't know if it's as abusive as I initially thought.

That's not the problem. The real problem is that it's not as cheap as you need it to be. You cannot under any circumstances play a 3 color 12-Post deck filled with Basics. Not happening. Jam a ton of Fetchlands and Duals in there and now you might get something that works. It would cost a million dollars obviously, I get why it's not an option, but at the same time you can't blame the cards if your eyes are bigger than your stomach.
If you want to play a big Black drain deck with Exsang and Gray Merchant of Asphodel, go for it! Deck would probably work great.
I like this idea, Prid3. I was originally going to try it with city of brass and mana confluence, but focusing more on white and only splashing GB for Siege Rhino makes so much more sense!
You took my ideas and made them better. Better recursion focusing on white with sun titan over eternal witness/skullwinder, i get my card draw with wall of omens, and the added power with emeria, serenity, and luminate are overall better than thragtusk for what the deck is trying to accomplish.

Pain lands could help. Also you have Steve. Drop in a few wastes. You need more colored sources before I'd get to worried about that.

Otherwise, maybe consider something like:
12x Plains
4x Cloudpost
4x Glimmerpost
4x Golgari Rot Farm
Creatures (22)
4x Wall of Omens
3x Oreskos Explorer
4x Eldrazi Displacer
4x Siege Rhino
1x Knight-Captain of Eos
3x Sun Titan
1x Angel of Serenity
1x Luminate Primordial
1x Emeria Shepherd
4x Golgari Signet
2x Gift of Immortality
4x Grasp of Fate
4x Wrath of God
Which will still be consistent about 85% of the time. Not too bad all things considered!

My only question. Is there room for 2 cloudstone curio over the gift of immortality?
Sure.
