I do wish you could redirect damage you've caused, perhaps from a Rolling Earthquake, onto your Planeswalker. That would bring a whole new strategy to the table, though perhaps the boost too R would be considered overkill? Not that I mind overkill...

Red is the worst multiplayer color by a lot and it's not as though Earthquake variants see competitive play anywhere else.
Funny, one of my friends plays Chanra Ablaze alot in MP and I've perosnally seen that card ultimate too many times, but it's a dedicated global burn deck with all the trimmings.
We have a guy who plays Superfriends type decks with dub season and it's troubling at times.
The rest of us tend to use a PW'er only if it's vital to our archetype.
I find with PW'ers that TIMING is essential in MP games, whereas you can run them out there in duels a bit more recklessly.
Were currently running 24 PW'ers in our MP cube, which is only 4% of the total.
It won't change me as my Planeswalkers have concentrated into my Sliver Queen token edh, which killed the table in an attack from 30 x 29/29 tokens, due to a Mirror Entity and Gaea's Cradle, beating a Cyclonic Rift by one turn. Crazy game.
Getting back to OP since this was started before I even joined here, I'm only one player of two in my group that has more than a couple. The group except for one doesn't mind them, but we don't play them extensively.

(my list of PW's I'm interested in hardly has any doubles, maybe Garruk or Sorin will get different copies in the near future)
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
