It most certainly is, and you can bet your ass that I run the full 4! Hell, I run a playset of "Wraths" in just about every deck that I can play them in, even my own creature-heavy decks.

Is that seriously what I sound like when I suggest these win-more cards?
No, but I hear that kind of crap all the time and it bothers me. Far too many people don't understand that adding bad to your deck solely because good cards can sometimes bring out of the best in them is usually a losing line. This is why I don't like asking someone "did X perform well in your degenerate combo/engine deck?" Everything seems amazing when your baseline gameplan is overpowered. I can play a *****ty card like Nantuko Shade on turn 2 and Vampire Nighthawk on turn 3 and it's fine as long as my 5 drop is Gray Merchant of Asphodel. It doesn't make either of those other 2 cards actively good, all it proves is that Gray Merchant is a beast.
Well it looks like I waited too long to actually buy the sword of the meeks (as no one has had any for trade in the months I've been looking for them). No longer are they a budget option. #modern ruins everything
At least the thopter foundrys grew about 3000% in trade value. I think I'm going to go all in on Luminarch Ascension which means three more slots opened up. Thoughts?
I think I'll just throw some mana rocks in there since I'm drawing so many cards already and they can ramp into a turn 3 wrath. The question is which one? Azorius Signet, Fellwar Stone, Thought Vessel, or a mixture. Having no max hand size would be nice, but the deck is incredibly color intensive. Fellwar is probably the best option, but the signet can filter nicely for supreme verdict without having to rely on other decks being of the appropriate color.
I've been playing the deck successfully without the ROFLThopter combo by adding more wraths and using luminarch ascension. Sword of the meek has come back down to a reasonable price, but I'm not sure I even want to put them in. The life-gain from the combo would be much appreciated (I often end up low on life after stabilizing), but LA is crazy good and not hard to get active.
Prid3: 1, Cloud: 0. Well played, Sir.
