I'm gonna be honest, I'm not really getting how this all comes together. So this might be a stupid suggestion but wouldn't myr retriever be good in this deck?

I was the guy playing the relentless rats deck back during mirrodin and kamigawa blocks. Yes, cranial extraction was used on me. No, I didn't win much. Yes, I do have a relentless rats edh deck. No, it doesn't win much either...
Basically the point of the deck is to get value off of your Enter the Battlefield or Leaves the Battlefield effects. Heartless Summoning works well with Evoke, (Mulldrifter now costs (u) to evoke) and with kicker (Ana Battlemage = 2GU target player discards three cards)
Havengul Lich can also cast creatures from your graveyard.
I built a version of this deck awhile back that I called "Demon Parade." It was very similar to yours except that I ran Fierce Empaths and the basic plan was to chain Rune-Scarred Demons and Phantasmal Images together until I won the game. You needed a bit of mulligan luck, the deck was fairly reliant on HS, but casting a 5 mana 5/5 flying Demonic Tutor into a slew of 1 mana 5/5 flying Demonic Tutors was a pretty big game. I know that you run RSDs and Clones, it just doesn't feel like its the centerpiece of your deck. I also splashed White, but it was for Sun Titan moreso than anything else. The deck only really lost to mass removal and a very good way to beat Wraths is to Sun Titan all of your Phantasmal Images back after your board has been nuked. The last one would recur a Fierce Empath to start the RSD chain again. Otherwise, the deck could also use Sun Titan on Fierce Empath to find more Sun Titans and well you get the idea. The deck just didn't lose to fair decks if it has a HS on turn 2.
The only reason I stopped playing it was because it felt like a degenerate 1 card combo deck. I wasn't playing the double Myr Retriever combos or whatever but it sure felt like I was lol. It was also just a terrible deck because it basically couldn't play Magic w/o a HS and I wasn't even playing with Serum Powders. I was just YOLOing and I probably scooped if I didn't draw an HS for turn 2 and was getting pressured before turn 5.
Also, what the **** is wrong with me? Why haven't I built a Fierce Empath + Sun Titan deck yet? I'm holding you (yes, YOU!) personally responsible for this travesty.
I didn't play Havengul Lich nor Satyr Wayfinder in my build. I also only played 3 Empaths. The Magister is interesting, I dunno how she'll play out.
For what it's worth I found that most HS decks look like piles of crap, because they usually are, except when you draw and cast HS on turn 2. Then they're amazing. My version of the deck actually had Semblance Anvil in it as a 2-of to help alleviate that problem but the card was... let's just say that it's no HS lol.
I dunno, maybe the deck should just play Serum Powder. You kinda just win when you draw HS.
It's still a WIP but it plays Magic on a fairly consistent basis. I also played around with versions with Myr Superion and that was fun :). The hardest part is making the mana work on a reasonable budget heh. I'd like to cut Fierce Empath to alleviate that problem but it's sooooooooooo good.
One of the things I like about my original deck was its ability to deal with opposing strategies. It seems like the only thing the above list does is draw lots of cards and attack. While that is sweet and all, I like things a little more flashy. For instance, in my original deck, when someone was going nuts with Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Exsanguinate, I could punish them by first playing Arbiter of Knollridge to even the playing field, then Magister Sphinx on them to make them be the only one behind.
I only really play multiplayer on cockatrice since I don't have a playgroup anymore, so I'm not to concerned with budget. That being said, I don't want to play like 24 alpha lands.dec

I've been thinking about starting a "virtual playgroup" using Cockatrice for awhile now. I wonder how many people we could routinely gather on a given day/time for some sweet multiplayer action.
I agree with his basic premise on not using Perilous Myr, since (even though it is not technically infinite) it feels really cheesy.
Here is where I am currently standing:
2 Noetic Scales
4 Heartless Summoning
4 Ana Battlemage
4 Brutalizer Exarch
4 Havengul Lich
4 Mulldrifter
3 Phyrexian Metamorph
2 Rune-Scarred Demon
2 Solemn Simulacrum
2 Viridian Emissary
1 Nevermaker
1 Arbiter of Knollridge
1 Magister Sphinx
5 Forest
3 Island
4 Swamp
1 Plains
1 High Market
4 Opulent Palace
2 Overgrown Tomb
1 Volrath's Stronghold
1 Watery Grave
Thus far I have been fortunate in my mulligans for Heartless Summoning.
I noted that it is still possible to win with 2 Heartless Summoning in play, but it is damn hard to do it via combat.
Ana Battlemage is a straight-up superstar. Either mode is extremely relevant.
Noetic Scales is borderline op.
Havengul Lich can also cast creatures from your graveyard.
