This deck is meant to be budget and based on blink abilities. The idea is to stay under the radar and manage big threats until I can win through attrition or submission.
Please let me know if I've missed anything obvious or any other ideas.
I'm a little disappointed that you can't combo Cyclonic Rift with Parallax Wave. Waving your own dudes is fine and all I just like having the option of "Hexing" if possible. I'm not sure that you could play instead but it's something to think about. I only bring it up because Rift seems "meh" to me in decks such as these since you already have a "grind-them-out" gameplan.
Speaking of which, I normally sees Wraths played in these kinds of decks. Rift is fine and all but it's just a 7 mana Wrath that doesn't deal with thing permanently. More often than not you'd rather EOT Ghostway or Parallax Wave your board and then cast an actual Wrath of God of some variety.
Reality Acid is cute but I don't think that you enough ways to abuse it to to justify running them (4 copies no less). Your main combo enabler seems to be Skybind which is just a very bad card to begin with. I see Brago too obviously but if Brago isn't being killed I imagine that you'll very easily win the game anyways.
For what it's worth I always play 4x Mind Stone and at least 4 fetchlands in Sun Titan decks even if they're bad fetches such as Terramorphic Expanse. Mind Stone is just a good card to have in decks with 5 and 6 drops to begin with. I don't really see what Tangle Wire accomplishes and Skybind just seems like a bad card to me. Like I would never play it over any number of alternatives including (what I consider to be) strict upgrades such as Conjurer's Closet.
The idea with Skybind was to create a repeatable board clearing with Reality Acid and any ETB creature, like a two-for-one. Perhaps it is a bit lackluster in operation, but it looked good on paper.
Tangle Wire is meant to tap down creatures so that I can swing in with Brago or (oops, I forgot) hit them with Sunblast Angel. It probably works better also if I have Tamiyo and Deceiver Exarch in there.
I'm still not exactly sure what the Reality Acid plan is. Skybind just seems impossible to abuse. Maybe I'm missing something.
Sol Ring is always worth running. It's way better than a basic land. I'd probably still run 4x Mind Stone but I mean it doesn't matter much either way.
I really like Cloudstone Curio. That's the kind of card that can make something like Reality Acid work. War Priest of Thune is playable as a 1-of but by no means am I ever excited to sleeve it up. I don't generally maindeck that type of card.
I wouldn't touch the other critters at all. They're just not that impressive.
Honestly, I'm not convinced on how to win with a deck like this, I just wanted to be able to remove things from the board and stay alive instead of being hated out turn 4-5 every game with my usual decks.
A bunch of tokens from blinking Blade Splicer and/or Precursor Golem does the trick, and has the added benefit of being resilient against wrath effects as long as you have mana open.
I've always liked Quicksilver Dragon in bounce decks, as it's fairly simple to get him online really fast (morph cost is only 3).
Flickerwisp might find a home here. You immediately torch whatever Reality Acid is attached to and then attach it to another target immediately afterwards.
If planeswalkers can survive in your meta and you have access to him (he's not THAT expensive), the bomb card here is Venser, the Sojourner
1 or 2 Luminate Primordial. And depending on what instants and sorceries people play add Diluvian Primordial.
Even though the Luminate costs 1 more than Duplicant, it figure it'll be worth it.
Please let me know if I've missed anything obvious or any other ideas.

Wouldn't it be worth it to run 1x Sol Ring and 3x Mindstone? Or still do 1 and 4? I was actualyl thinking 2-3 Ghost Quarter to deal with pesky casual lands like Tolarian Academy, Academy Ruins, Volrath Stronghold, etc.
What do you think about Cloudstone Curio, Dream Stalker, Emancipation Angel, Kor Skyfisher, Riptide Chimera, Monk Realist, War Priest of Thune?

Twilight Shepherd is also another great blink target. It is a strong finisher and combos great with the wraths.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.

Vedalken Mastermind can pull of some fun tricks as well, especially if you run Oblivion Ring and/or Detention Sphere.
Celestial Colonnade might be a cool land to play here
.
Kokusho, The Evening Star, Exsanguinate and Glen Elendra Archmage have a restriction of 1 per deck.
Even though the Luminate costs 1 more than Duplicant, it figure it'll be worth it.
Unless it has a morph trigger you want.
Come to mind.
