For an alternate win condition to Marit Lage, I tried and tried and tried to jam Maze's End in there with 20 Gates, but I don't think it's possible to make that card work in real life. So I'm looking for other options/ideas.
I could add Punishing Fire + Grove of the Burnwillows (not as a wincon, but just for targeted creature removal), but it seems like poor value to have 4-5 opponents gain life in order to deal 2 damage. Seems better in SP, unless I'm missing something?
With a fast list like yours, I'd look at Ensnaring Bridge in some small number.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle together with some dual-forest-mountains & Scapeshift might be an option.
Scapeshift is useful here regardless, also fuels LftL/Z.Orb.
Most (budget) alternate wins involve Fastbond, Zuran Orb and then say Piranha Marsh. Not the classiest way to win but it works :3. Obviously you wouldn't use that as your plan A to kill everyone but it could, if need be, be used to finish another player off. That being said the other options that you were presented are fine too. Worm Harvest, Nephalia Drownyard, there's a lot that you can run to try and get the job done.
You should be running at least 6 cycling lands. 5 just isn't enough in my opinion. The opportunity cost of running 1-2 more is so small and the upside of drawing one or more in your games is so high.

Living Plane/Natural Emergence/Natural Affinity or similar is possible, but still relies on creature damage and a bunch of land-creatures are fragile.
Seismic Assault could be possible - like in Cz's proposed deck here.
Rolling Earthquake + some life gain (Zuran Orb) might work.
I'm leaning towards Primeval Titan, Sylvan Primordial, and Destructive Force/Wildfire) since mass LD would shut most non-artifact decks down.

Adding another cycling land is easily done. I need to purchase some Piranha Marshes.
I haven't run across Fastbond/Chasm/Cauldron before (we tend not to use infinite combinations) - pretty cool.
