Trying to make an all-flyer aggro-ish deck, just want to find something that will spice it up a bit. I'm not really feeling like it does enough at the moment. I know this is vague, but does anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Quick note, I do know the deck has a lot of 1-ofs, I'm trying to build this mostly out of spares I have around; however, I don't mind buying something new if the right suggestion comes along.
Radiant, Archangel can be a rock star here. I found a home for Afterlife in a deck like this & I'd strongly consider Dovescape, as that can simply just lock non-creature decks out of the game.
Note that you will want Trample with Dovescape, so old reliable Loxodon Warhammer, or something similar, is strongly recommended.
If you still want to be able to deal with problem artifacts/enchantments post Dovescape, then cards like Kor Sanctifiers are an option.
Thanks for the comments! I did think of Radiant, but I don't own her, and she's not inexpensive to buy - plus, Pride of the Clouds does essentially the same thing.
Afterlife and Dovescape seem strange - why would I give my opponents flying tokens? That would negate my advantage of being entirely in the air.
Cloud Cover is really my only protection - I was originally running a set of Akroma's Blessing for protection as well as possibly enabling unblockable swings, but ended up taking them out to fit in the new Military Intelligence from M15.

Pride of the Clouds doesn't have Vigilance, which can be very significant. Besides, why not load up on creatures that take advantage of the theme of the deck?
I'm not sure you are looking at Dovescape correctly. You don't need protection once that hits play--that IS your protection. Getting non-creature spells around that isn't easy. Unless someone is running something like Duplicant, you're creatures are likely to be safe. Same goes for your enchantments.
In general, the more flying 1/1s that enter the battlefield (via Dovescape or Afterlife or whatever), the better, for they just power Pride and Archangel. Loxodon on Pride or Archangel can be just disgusting...
If you don't like that route, I'd go with something else a little cleaner for creature protection. How about Kira, Great Glass-Spinner? Glen Elendra Archmage? Neither are super cheap, but I don't know your collection.
Besides, you've got a solid amount of draw cards in your base deck. I would think that if someone torches some of your permanents, you could just power right through that and abuse them through CA.
Add Dictate of Heliod and a different form of draw. Trade Secrets, Rhystic Study, Fact or Fiction, anything really. Just don't run something that'll force you to have a strong attacking army before it does something relevant. As far as Dictate of Heliod is concerned I just think that the card is insane in general. +2/+2 is a lot more than +1/+1 and the toughness boost is very relevant. I think that the card is much stronger than Gravitational Shift on average and that's true even if your deck is primarily comprised of fliers. The nice part about Dictate is that it's a much more fleible card so when you break this deck apart you'll have a very powerful and flexible tool to employ in the majority of your White creature-based decks.
What I will say is that I, in general, dislike cards such as Warden of Evos Isle. Where this me playing the deck I'd run Battle Screech and/or more Spec Procs in those slots to further empower Pride of the Clouds and your Anthems. In general I don't think that "ramp" is necessary when you're curving out with bodies. I would also never play Hoofprints of the Stag over Luminarch Ascension. I don't think that these cuts/changes are essential (as opposed to my previous ones which I believe are) but I wouldn't be happy to run those cards.
I would cut some of the higher cmc creatures and also go for masses with Battle Screech and others, gets the most out of Favorable Winds. In additon i suggest (as i do for a lot of uw fyling decks) Mirrorweave. Just fly with little birds over your opponents defense. And when they go unblocked, copy the biggest baddest thing at the table. Can win games instantly and can create some very very odd game situations, so it is worth a try and will add some spice to your deck.
If you can live with lowering your mana curve at all, you can try Worldpurge as the ultimate board sweeper.
Thanks a lot for the comments, everyone. I'm trying to change up my usual tactics, several of my decks have run Luminarch Ascension and Rhystic Study - I'm starting to feel like these are getting stale. Mirrorweave is a cool suggestion, I'll take that one under consideration. I do also have a copy of Kira, she's been looking for a new home since I took apart the previous deck she was in. I'll swing back around and update the decklist after I've pondered a bit.

Cloud Cover seems strange here.
.
Kokusho, The Evening Star, Exsanguinate and Glen Elendra Archmage have a restriction of 1 per deck.

How about Soulcatcher? He could be fun here.
Kangee, Aerie Keeper or Serra Avenger might be options as well

Guilds of Ravnica - Commander 2018 - Core 2019 - Battlebond - Dominaria - Rivals of Ixalan - Ixalan - Commander 2017 - Hour of Devastation - Amonket - Aether Revolt - Commander 2016 - Kaladesh - Conspiracy 2 - Eldritch Moon - Shadows Over Innistrad - Oath of the Gatewatch - Commander 2015 - Battle for Zendikar - Magic Origins - Dragons of Tarkir
Green - Blue - Red - White - Gold
Squadron Hawk togther with some Mistveil Plains (to get them back again) can act as pseudo-card advantage.
For creatures that can warp a game > Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor, Magus of the Moat & Sun Quan, Lord of Wu.
Stormtide Leviathan is fun, but very hard to actually get into play.
I Lo0OoO0Oove Sun Quan for making my whole board unblockable.
If you can live with lowering your mana curve at all, you can try Worldpurge as the ultimate board sweeper.
Often two Adarkar Valkyries are MVP too.
When I think of more I'll add them.
