Is the $5-10 budget per card, or total expenditure?
I was somewhat surprised to see all of the lifegain effects. Elves can win so quickly, that I've never needed more than a singleton Wellwisher (and a playset of GSZ to tutor for it, if necessary). I might recommend cutting Nissa Revane and Nissa's Chosen. There are so many elves with useful abilities that a vanilla 2/3 for GG doesn't provide great value.
If the budget is $5/card, then I'd recommend all of the typical inclusions - 4 Green Sun's Zenith, 1 Regal Force (which doesn't see as much play in Legacy, but drawing 7 cards is more useful in MP), 1 Dryad Arbor (GSZ for zero, if necessary), 1-3 Wirewood Lodge, 4 Wirewood Symbiote. If wraths are a big deal in your meta, then probably 3 Eldrazi Monuments - the deck already has the Imperious Perfects to create tokens. A couple Nykthos and maybe a Crop Rotation can do a decent Gaea's Cradle impression. Not amazing, but decent.
For win conditions, I personally like Mirror Entity, since I can use all the mana to create 20/20 elves, activate Ezuri, then trample in for the win. Craterhoof Behemoth is more often used in Legacy, but is more of a one-opponent kill machine. And is now $14.
I love Wirewood Lodge. I'm trying to keep it rather strictly elf themed (going for a bit of flavor over power on this one since I have enough power decks. I'd looked at both the Warcaller and Magistrate. I'll see about working them into a rough list and see how that goes. I really want it to be a deck that will do well in multiplayer and struggle tremendously in single player so I'm going to probably not get GSZ, Regal Force or Craterhoof. They are powerful suggestions though (: Thanks for the advice!

Current Decks:
Modern
Modern Warp / UR Control / UR Storm / Naya Breachshift / ElectroBalance
Legacy
Solidarity / Lands / Sneak and Show / Grixis Delver / Reanimator / Belcher / Storm / Dredge
Cme has already said most of what i would say. YOur deck is pretty similar to mine but In my mp elf deck i run Biorhythm and Hurricane for some extra win cons. For some card draw, i run Elvish Visionary combo that with Wirewood Symbiote. Sylvan Messenger will also help get extra elves into your hand.

"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of the women."
Yeah you seem to make a ton of mana with these elves, as elves are great to do that with. What i'll usually do is put in Joraga Warcaller to sink all that mana into, and make them crazy powerful.
Then after you use all that mana, you attack with a copperhorn scout to untap them all, then you have great blocking, or you can drop another Joraga, and send your elves into space.
I would run more ascetisms, and also, watch the skies traveler. It doesn't seem like there are any defenses for flying, so some kind of aggro flying dragons may swoop in and kill.

Whats the big deal about black lotus you ask? Well you see, there is no big deal about it. It IS the big deal.
I would say that GSZ and Regal Force are exceptional in MP.
I haven't found aggro to be much of an issue, but Wellwisher can put this deck out of reach from aggro, and Eldrazi Monument typically neutralizes flying decks.
If you GSZ, you can add something like a Viridian Zealot or a Viridian Shaman or such if there is something that needs to be answered. Otherwise, an Elves deck typically just wins by being faster than any non-infinite-combo deck.
It's also possible to go infinite with Staff of Domination or the combo elf package - not that that seems to be called for here.
My buddy plays something close to this. He is always interchanging a few cards around to keep us all guessing. Infect is brutal and can easily alpha strike entire tables of around 4-5 players when combined with beastmaster Ascension. Like any deck, disruption can render it limp. Like most elves decks, it's all about budget. You could make this much more lethal but it's under a $100 which IMO keeps it pretty casual.
He did the whole GSZ/NO into Proggy and/or other win sticks but tired of it quickly as did we. So many different ways to take elves that I would argue there is no such thing as a perfect 60!

Joraga Warcaller and Immaculate Magistrate also work.
