Hi everyone, I started playing magic a month or two ago and I've been thinking of a deck idea for about a week now. I sort of have an idea for what I want it to be (casting stuff from the graveyard with twilight's call) and also from the library (aetherwork marvel) but it seems very sloppy. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

Welcome! So, I couldn't figure out what format your deck was supposed to be legal for, and since you're just starting, I decided Casual was probably likely. Also, if you want to tag cards, the correct way to do so is to slot the card name between [card][/card] tags, like so:
It looks like you have a really high mana curve with little to no acceleration. It also looks like you have waaay fewer lands than you should! 17 is usually a good number if you have a 40-card deck like in drafting or sealed, but when you have a full 60-card deck, you should definitely have more! I understand that you're running Aetherworks Marvel, but with so many cards with a high mana cost, I doubt you'll be seeing a lot hit the board, let alone your graveyard, even with Buried Alive and Breakthrough. If you have access to it, I would also recommend Living Death over Twilight's Call, as it's 1 mana cheaper and clears the board before you get all of your creatures. Also, it's important to remember that you don't get "cast" triggers off of stuff like Living Death and Twilight's Call because you're not actually casting the cards!
Have you playtested this deck at all? How much mileage do you get out of Dynavolt Tower? It doesn't seem like you have too many cards that mesh well with it. Also, if the point is to utilize Marvel to cast your big dudes, then why would you want to use your energy for a little bit of burn damage? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me!
Anyway, if you have any questions, or want some suggestions on what to possibly swap for, let me know!

This is just me, but I have a baseline of 24 lands, at least 4 cards that I feel can absolutely win the game on their own, and at least 8 cards that can stop my opponent from winning. That gives me 24 more cards to try to support the goals established by the first 36. And then, once I've put things together and tested it a bit I can mess with the numbers and tweak things if I need to, but until I've tested, the first 36 are locked in.
This has the advantage of giving me a lot more focus than I might otherwise have.
Also, your mana curve is important. You can usually only justify about 6 cards at most that cost more than 4 mana in a typical deck. Try it out. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much smoother your draws are when your hand isn't filling up with uncastable bombs.
Running both graveyard mechanics and Aehterworks marvel is not a good idea as it splits your deck identity.
Also it seems youve fallen into the common new player niche by including a lot of one ofs.(though it's better off than a lot I've seen) I know it's hard because you want to play every good card but you need playsets of 4 for your deck to stay consistent and win. ( You can drop to 3 for variety).
What I do is I look at every card I am thinking of putting in a deck and i ask myself : "Will this card fit what I am trying to do to win? Does it support my goals?" If not, cut it. It doesn't matter of it's your favorite card, it has to go.
I hope this helps!
*Edit* another thought occurred to me. I would pick either Marvel or Tower to run. Don't run both. Why? Because they will be competing for energy to activate

22 if your curve is low
24 if you have more top end
20 (sometimes less) if you're running a low curve aggro deck
If you want to run marvel you need to specifically build toward that. This means you want consistent energy production (think Attune with Aether) and high end fatties such as Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to spin for
