Hello, all! I hope I didn't post this in the wrong place, I'm new to these forums and relatively new to MtG (I've only been playing for about 6 months).
Here's a deck I've built, and I'd like to get some feedback on how I can improve it.
So 1 of's are typically only used in EDH, consistancy is key so always 3 to 4 of's unless for a specific reason.
Dark Realms Liliana is bad, cut her. Your mana costs are way high, cut some of the more expensive cards that dont actually fit your strategey. To get demons out you need to either ramp mana hard, or what i would suggest is cheating them in via things like

How is "free" repeatable creature removal bad? How is gaining card advantage by getting more lands bad? And if you promote more ramp, which is justified with such a high amount of higher costed cards yes, getting more lands is right up that alley. Your land drops usually start to stall around 4, so Dark Lili will get you to higher costed cards much faster by giving you coninued land drops.
Also Demon of Death's Gate is really only worth it if you can generate enough blsck critters quickly either via tokens or 1 drops.
Few other cards of note
Well if your going full reanimate, this is one of the few times running 1 of's is actually ideal for ur big critters to give you versatility. Just run 4Buried Alive pick which ever demons u need and Reanimate/Dread Return/Victimize
Also being you arent hard casting you big guys you can branch out in color for guys like
OOOH I SEE NOW
So I should have 1 or 2 of a bunch of useful creatures and reanimate them whenever they die. Buried Alive is perfect, adding 4 of that. Prince of Thralls and Rakdos the Defiler are both going in. Victimize sounds great with Dread Return, doing that as well.
A fourth copy of Dash Hopes is a good idea if they try to counter my necromancy.

Four mana is hardly free, and dying if she -3's right off the bat isn't repeatable. She's good in commander where a four drop that fetches swamps is relevant, but in 60 card? I think not. Turn 4 is vital in most semi-developed metas, and spending that turn dropping her does not feel good. On top of that, I'm not sure that using a dark ritual to get her out early really feels impactful enough. I'd rather have liliana vess a turn later with either discard or a tutor. Even if vess dies to creatures the turn after being played she either maintains advantage, or fetches something that will, and then she eats some damage. Liliana of the Veil is the obvious best, but nearly any other black planeswalker is better than dark realms.
If you're going the reanimator route (which it seems you are at this point) you could use Exhume. It's a budget option over reanimate and if you're confident in your top end creatures you wont care about what chaff they bring in on their side. Besides, with a good removal suite you can just kill off their choice anyway.
Dash Hopes is just a bad card. If you want to stop them from countering or interfering with your reanimation, just use Duress and take the trick out of their hand first. Dash Hopes won't protect you because they'll gladly pay 5 life to prevent you from getting a 9/9 flying trample...

Or run a Death's Shadow or Demon of Death's Gate deck

1-23 Liliana of the Dark Realms, +4 Dread Return, and cut some of the cards that aren't really necessary like the Bloodgift Demons and the Pestilence Demon. I'll also cut Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis.Perhaps I should use Oppression to discard cards and then cheat them in with necromancy. Is there a better option for this?

And more removal
I like Anvil of Bogardan (and Zombie Infestation), I'll add me some of those~
I sort of feel like doing something with Bontu the Glorified.

I recommend Heartless Summoning for mana. It works really well with demons.
