Hey that is a really cool combo. I feel it would need a deck dedicated to it. Which I'm not opposed to. I would really like to see a list. Here's something else I whipped together. Just need to cut some cards for more lands.
Cut 4 Browbeat (which makes no goblin tokens and cannot kill the opponent) for 4 Mountain.
Siege-Gang Commander is awesome but 5 mana (plus his ability) is way too slow for a low-land fast goblin token aggro deck. You won't have the mana to use Siege-Gang properly the way Vial Goblins does. I'd cut him for mountains and top your curve at Krenko.
Goblin Bushwhacker is amazing and ends up being better than Goblin Wardriver due to haste. I'd go to 4 Bushwhackers before playing Wardrivers. 4 Bushwhacker + 2 Wardriver is better than 4 Wardriver and 2 Bushwhacker.
Red is not suited to run 10-land Stompy as Green can.

To make room for 11 additional lands, I would first replace 4x Browbeat and 2x Siege-Gang Commander like FTW1987 suggested. Siege-Gang Commander is too high a mana cost to be reliably cast (even with 20 lands), plus Goblin Bombardment already serves as a sacrifice outlet. Browbeat usually doesn't get the desired effect you want since the opponent gets to decide the outcome.
How is it looking now? I could go in a more sacrifice direction with arms dealer and goblin bombardment, but I think it will be more powerful this way. What could I cut for brightstone ritual? Is it really that important? I'm still interested in that combo you mentioned Selvaxri
I'd cut 2 Chieftains, 2 Quests, and a Shared Animosity to make room for 2 Arms Dealers and 2 Rituals, and maybe try to eke in a Goblin Warrens.
If you plan on going a Goblin Bomb route.
If you plan on just overwhelming your opponent with Goblins, consider ways to abuse Krenko. Magewright's Stone and Thousand-Year Elixir will make your opponent just leave the table outright.

Lastly, I'd replace some combination of the 9 enchantments (Quest for the Goblin Lord / Goblin Bombardment / Shared Animosity) for 5 lands. It's safer to have too many goblins and not enough enchantments to buff them, than vice versa.
