I want trample in the deck, should I put in something like brawn? What creatures should I get rid of? What spells should I put in it (probably a few ramp cards)? I'm not putting anything like Omnath, Locus of Mana, WAY too expensive.
A lot of good cards, especially Grove Rumbler since he has trample. What about Embodiment of Insight and Embodiment of Fury? Not sure if they're worth it or not, considering there's a lot to put in the deck to start with.
Are you completely dead set on keeping the deck Red/Green? By doing so I think you're missing out on some of the best and most fun Elementals, like Horde of Notions.
By including more colors, you're able to turn the deck into more of a midrange powerhouse with cards like Mulldrifter, Shriekmaw, and Reviellark that help gain you value as you fight your way into the late game. However, the star of this deck is Horde of Notions which is capable of winning games by itself if ramped out early enough with Smokebraider and left unchecked. In the late game, you can use it to recur your Mulldrifters for card advantage.
Unfortunately, as with any five color deck, the cost of the deck increases due to the need to use quality lands, so I understand if the deck is outside your price range, but you should also consider the fact that you'll be using cards like Reflecting Pool for years, so they're a solid investment. Mana Confluence is probably the card I would buy last and can probably just be exchanged for another Vivid land or tri-land.
4x Flamekin Harbinger
4x Incandescent Soulstoke
4x Omnath, Locus of Rage
4x Smokebraider
4x Undergrowth Champion
Generator Servant and Grinning Ignus also help power out big Elementals.
Grove Rumbler, Valakut Predator and Titania, Protector of Argoth are on theme if you are playing Landfall.
Rumbling Slum, Thornling, Whisperwood Elemental, and Thunderblust are good beatdown creatures if you want more big stuff to attack with, but they don't fit the landfall theme.

Finally, Lightning Bolt and Path to Exile are nice, but not necessary and should be tailored to your meta.
