I've going to vote against the Night Whispers. It's handy to have as many Sign in Blood variants as possibly, but it's time to cut cards and this one is not vital to the strategy. it's good to get the Necro/Bargain out asap, but we need to trim. voting out four.

I'm going to vote down all copies of cabal therapy. Without regularly peering into their hand it's an inconsistent crap shoot card
It gives you information and fulfills three roles.
1) You name a card you would lose to if they had it, thus getting said card out of their hand.
2) You get to see if the way is clear before playing a key spell. Even if you miss you now know what they have in hand and can play around it.
3) You get to sacrifice Academy Rector for free.
I'm going to vote out all Priest of Gix. I'm not sure how this helps our game plan. I guess it filters mana into black, but this shouldn't be an issue. 3rd vote, cut.
I took a break from MTGS and yet we are still on this deck. Crazy. Anyways I'm going to vote down Claws of Gix because in my experience the mana payment always ends up being more of a toll than you initially think. I'm also going to vote to cut all 4 Cabal Therapy and combine the votes. I just don't think it's any good in a deck with so few creatures even if we do want to put a lot of them in the graveyard.

Why are we running Dimir House Guard? Were their more 4 drops at some point. I don't think this card is strong enough to warrant a spot so I'm voting down all 4.

Long answer - It tutors for many important cards in the deck. It can find a setup card like Academy Rector (to find Bargain or Defense) or Defense of the Heart (to put Angel out). It can find a win condition. It curves out well as a 3-mana play to set up a 4-mana play next turn, a poor man's Grim Tutor.
I'm voting down Ghost Council in favor of the other sac outlets. Since Dimir House Guard is essentially a tutor for a tutor in this deck and their are other sac outlets, I feel that 2 is the right number. Voting to cut 2.
I'm going to vote for removing one dimir house guard combining votes and leaving it at 1 at negative 2. If this is wrong I'm sure someone will fix it. This is due to it being a tutor for tutors which seems redundant.
I'm also going to vote against two nights whisper. The card draw is good but we need the room in the deck
I agree that the last two cuts should be Night's Whisper. And that brings us down to 60! Before we wrap it up, do we want to make any changes to the lands? For a 3 color deck, we have an awful lot of lands that produce colorless.
