That deck is a cool concept but will be too slow. It has too many 5-drops. Even with the 4 Sol Ring "cheating", that's still a big strain on your manabase. His deck will be more mana efficient and you are the one using Armageddon! Armageddon will not treat you well.
If you are going to play Wrath of God, what you really want is Supreme Verdict. Wrath of God can be countered. And faeries decks will counter it. Supreme Verdict cannot be countered.
But I don't see why you need Wrath of God anyway. It's overkill. Against a Faerie deck, Volcanic Fallout does the same thing, for only 3 mana at instant speed and uncounterable. His creatures will be small. It will kill basically everything. Even if he has 2 Scion of Oona out and everything is 3/3, the Scions will be 2/2 each and will die, then everything else will shrink and die too. Fallout is that good. Decree of Pain also kills everything 2/2 and smaller uncounterable at instant speed. But for 3BB (5 mana). Volcanic Fallout does it for 1RR (3 mana). It doesn't draw you a card from cycling, but it's a lot easier to hold 3 mana up to interact. Wizards specifically printed Volcanic Fallout to wreck Faerie decks that were dominating Standard. It works.
The -1/-1 effects work too, but because of Scion of Oona it's a lot safer to run a 2 damage effect. Fallout or Decree.
I have a deck that changes everything to red with Painter's Servant and then uses cards that hate on red, like Hydroblast and creatures with protection from red.
I would consider something like this, but naming blue. That way you have Pyroblast and other cards to directly effect his deck, but you can play vs other decks since you can make any deck blue with Servant.
This will put you well over 60 cards once you add lands. So you can keep/remove what you wish.
