I've already said my piece on most of the pieces i'd like see trimmed, so i'm just going to flavor up the lands-
2 Saprazzan Skerry. This deck is surprisingly heavy green with some blue support, and it's all double. So, even with the Hub and Mine, it's nice to have a fallback.
We still have room for other lands, like Yavimaya Coast, but remember- we do have a budget. so Tropical Island and the like are way out of budget.

I'll put the last cut on Lead by Example. It's strictly worse than Proliferate unless a creature doesn't have a counter on it yet. It's good for getting that initial counter on creatures. But for the few creatures that don't already start with counters, we already have Nissa, Forgotten Ancient and Llanowar Reborn to get that initial counter on.
I'll vote to cut 1 Fuel for the Cause. It's very on-theme. However, the deck has few instants and many "main phase" effects. With the mana rocks getting cut, it looks difficult to keep 4 mana open on opponent's turn.
Renegade Krasis is triggered the first time by Vorel, another Krasis, Forgotten Ancient, and Plaguemaw Beast. Anything but Musician or Scrounging Bandar. Evolve triggers if the entering creature has EITHER greater power or greater toughness. It doesn't need to have both bigger.
Still, making this Evolve more than once will be hard, and proliferating it is a nonbo with hoping to Evolve it again. I'll support 2 cuts on it. Consolidating the votes, that leaves 1@-2 remaining.
I am going to add a vote against two copies of renegade krasis due to its difficulty to multi evolve over the course of our game
I am also going to add a vote against 1 copy of Fuel of the Cause which will combine to cut one and I believe it will leave a vote of 1 @ -1. This is due to its high cost even though im quite aware of its proliferate mechanic.
I finally going to add a vote against two Nissa both because we need the space and because I think 3 of any one planeswalker in a deck is too many and leads often to dead draws.
I vote against the two Renegade Krasis because the 3-mana slot seems overcrowded.
I add a vote against one Nissa to lower the chances of having a dead card in hand.
I vote against Astral Cornucopia for it is too mana intensive.

These are the decks that I have constructed, and are ready to play:
01. Ankh Sligh to be exact.
Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.
If i could, drop a Cornucopia for another Tide. Proliferate triggers > expensive mana rock.

Cornucopia can keep getting big with Vorel so you can set up sweet Hangarback Walkers though. Astral Cornucopia is one of my favorite cards in Vorel EDH.
