Theros is one of my favorite blocks and, since I'm looking to build a casual deck to play with friends, I figured it could be fun to go back and revisit one of the block's jankier mechanics. My Rakdos Constellation Bestow deck was fun enough and toyed around with the idea of putting it back together but, as I was going through my collection, I realized that I never quite got around to using my set of Agent of the Fates (it wasn't in my Rakdos deck at the time). After messing around a bit, here's what I was able to brew:
I played a black/red semi-aggro bestow deck for a few weeks when this was standard. Boon of Erebos was really good in the deck, especailly on the agent of the fates since it could make fun combat/block situations. I think funeral charm and rush of vitality may be worthy inclusions just to get a fun instant speed edict trigger off of the fates.
Yeah man, total Rakdos fiend here too. I was going wih mono black just to try something different. My original Rakdos version played most of the cards you mentioned, but didn't run Agent of the Fates or Nighthowler. Honestly, not sure Agent is even worth it. I might go back to the black + red variant. I made a point of running only enchantment in that deck. It was fun and a surprisingly effective voltron deck. Mogis's Warhound is the real deal. I used Brain Maggot for some hand control and Baleful Eidolon betstowed on Forgeborn Oreads as removal.
It was pretty sweet.

3x Nighthowler
4x Pain Seer
4x Spiteful Returned
4x Harsh Scrutiny

It might be missing a land or two and I could potentially remove Dark Ritual but I'm open to all suggestions. Tell me what you think!

Are you wanting to keep this mono-black? Rakdos fanboy always wants digs at me - madcap skills, invigorated rampage and brute force are also very good at getting heroic triggers, opens up another color of bestow options too (mogis's warhound/nyxborn rollicker/etc).
