So I was trying to brew something around Amulet of Vigor, but after a few failed attempts, I gave up. Sure, you can do some funny ramp tricks with it, and I love karoos as much as the next guy, but there just aren't enough permanents that ETB tapped that do anything interesting for it to matter. There's nothing I can do with it. And then, after a while, I thought, Nothing, huh? Hmmm...
Okay, so this is just a stupid uninteractive combo deck at heart. The key is to get multiple Amulets onto the field (or one and a Mana Reflection), then play Scapeshift for a bunch of off-color karoos, making all the mana you need to play a Door to Nothingness and fire it off on the same turn. Every single land enters tapped, so it'll be slow going, but Khalni Garden gives you chumps and Halimar Depths lets you dig for answers, and both can be recurred with karoos. And speaking of karoos, untap dudes like Voyaging Satyr and Kiora's Follower pull double duty with them, making it easy to ramp into Mana Reflection or a big Mind Spring. Transguild Promenades are just there in case all your off-color karoos get stuck in your hand or graveyard. It isn't as consistent or as good as Valakut, but I played a few games with this and had some fun sending people to the Seinfeld Zone.

Nice Seinfeld reference.
