Adding 4x Scourge Wolf. Let's add some delirium to go with our threshold and make some sort of graveyard centric red deck.
I'm also going to vote against Tahngarth's Glare. It doesn't "let us scry" it let's our opponent fateseal us. Not to mention it doesn't replace itself or filter in any way. It's an interesting card I never knew existed but it's not good

+2 Firecat Blitz as a card that prefers being filtered away for a later finish. Only adding a couple because it doesn't look like we'll have the big mana needed for a good hardcast.
I am going to add 4 Flames of the Blood Hand. I rarely play red ( it is only included in about 10% of my decks) and I can see the reason why in looking at this thread. Red does two things
A. Burn burn burn burn burn
Or
B. All haste all the time
In saying that I'd rather do burn and the damage for cost is decent on FotBH and the cannot be prevented clause is a game ender. (I.e. people cannot save theirselves)
hmm, even with Faithless Looting and a Wheel of Fortune I don't think there are enough options to reliably get delerium or threshold. I suggest adding 4 Lightning Axe so perhaps we can save the other direct damage spells for the opponent rather than too many of his creatures. I also vote against Tahngarth's Glare because it puts too much power into the hands of the opponent. Is it possible to build a deck around that card? Quite possibly, but not the best option for mono red.
Well if we're adding Flame Burst, then I guess we need Pardic Firecat. I'll go ahead and add 4. It has synergy with graveyards and Flamebursts and such.
+3 Myriad Landscape - Fetches out basics and gets a land in the yard for Delirium. I don't know if it is better to run this vs Terramorphic or fetches? Right now I'm leaning towards the 2 for 1 fetch rather than raw speed, but I'd be willing to vote it back out if folk think we need a quicker hit for the 'yard.
I'll second a vote against Flames of the Blood Hand. I feel like we have plenty of burn and a card that can't hit creatures could end up being a liability for us.

I vote out the 3 Blood Moon because it limits use of non-basic lands in the deck, of which there are already 3.
I'm going to add 3 Vessel of Volatility as a possible replacement. It can do many things in this deck: it helps hit the 4 cmc of 12 creatures, pumps Fledgling Dragon, makes a hard cast of Firecat Blitz a possibility, and finally it goes to the gy when used so it adds to threshold and delirium.
Oh ye of little creativity. Tahngarth's Glare would have proved entertaining with Guild Fued. There's also all those cards with "Scry" like Riddle of Lightning et al to go- "okay, you put crap on top. Ya, no."

I'm going to add 2 Barbarian Ring. We already care about threshold, this is just another land with upside. It's colorless damage, and can't be countered (outside of stifle effects).
There are no budget restrictions so I'm adding 1x Black Lotus. This let's us accelerate pretty hard and puts an artifact in the grave for delirium. We might also want to look into running some lotus petals.

Looking back we got off track a couple times. Weirdly they just happened to cancel each other out once. Four cards weren't added to the total once and four cards weren't removed twice so the first time it happened they just cancelled each other out but the second time we actually just went off track.

Adding 2 Seal of Fire, it's a decent damage source, and it will facilitate both Delirium and Threshold when needed
voting to remove Blood Moon, in most cases this is a stopgap measure to screw over deck with heavily non-basic mana bases. in our case, Forgotten Caves is mostly fodder to be cycle, and the others are destined to be tossed regardless.

I'll vote to cut a land as well. The recent mana rocks should more than make up for us being one land. I still think Blood Moon is a better card that the few nonbasics we have here but it appears I am outnumbered. I'm also going to vote out the 3 Vessel of Volatility. I think there are much better options for acceleration than a card that makes us wait a turn to use it effectively.

I'm going to add a playset of rift bolt. It gives us a good turn 1 play besides lightning bolt and if I'm playing this deck it's going face anyway so sorcery speed isn't a big deal. Besides I like the idea of 8 lightning bolts in deck. Also I'm fully aware most of you won't agree with this add.
