Hey, I need help to find cards that steal opponent's from their library. Cards in the same idea as Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Nightveil Specter or even Praetor's Grasp. I'd like to create a deck around that idea where I use my opponent's win-con against them. Before you all mention things such as Control Magic or Beacon of the Unrest, for now I'm looking only for cards that steal from the library, so I can use them before the opponent.
Thank you in advance for your help
The ultimate in that regard has to be Shared Fate. As soon as it's on the field, you're playing with your opponent's deck, while he plays with yours. And if your deck doesn't include anything highly offensive or destructive, then he pretty much only gets to "draw" garbage while you "draw" business cards to win the game with. You can even include some library manipulation, in order to control what your opponent gets to "draw". Or just mill your library away, then win at your leisure as he is not going to "draw" anything. (He doesn't lose for trying to draw a card from an empty library, because Shared Fate replaces any actual draws.)
It really works.
Fill your deck with blue & black 1-1 fillers that trade one for one, and shared fate. Thirst for knowledge is fun with it too, as your opponent will have to discard from his original hand.

These are the decks that I have constructed, and are ready to play:
01. Ankh Sligh to be exact.
5 mana is fine for a build-around card. And you have to prepare for Shared Fate anyway, which will take you a few turns. One synergistic way to do so is discard. You can empty your opponent's hand early in the game to force them into top deck mode, and when Shared Fate hits the table, those discard cards are yet another useless part of your deck. Discard matters most in the early turns, and you are the one to get that value. But it's almost useless in the later game, when your opponent gets those cards from your deck.
Be wary of cards in your deck that are answers to Shared Fate. You're giving your opponent access to your library after all. Don't make it easy for him to get out of his misery. Likewise counterspells are not such a good idea, because they can be used against you.
Shared Fate can be fun, but then you really have to build around it! If there's good stuff left in your deck, opponent can use your own cards to beat you! But you can stack your deck full of cards that are not much use to him.
This deck is really just trying to stall the game and draw into Shared Fate. Exotic Orchard and Fellwar Stone help speed up your ability to cast his spells without having to actually draw and play the right lands first.
Funny note:
-If opponent tries to Brainstorm, he exiles 3 of your cards but he cannot put any of these cards back. He has to put 2 cards from his actual hand back on top of his library (which you can then draw and cast via Shared Fate).
-You can use Sensei's Divining Top's ability to screw over opponent's "draws" for the rest of the game, always giving him land. Just don't let him ever draw a Top or the game will devolve into a ridiculous stalemate. Pretty much anything else he draws is useless as long as you can keep Tops buried.
-You can Bribery a creature out of his deck, but if he draws Bribery from Shared Fate and tries to use it on you, he has to choose something from your deck... a wall.
Thank you in advance for your help
