I sometimes make fun of my dad for insisting on playing Suntail Hawk in White Weenie (it's 2016!), so I thought I would make a joke deck that plays all 6 Suntail Hawk clones. Obviously this isn't going to be a great deck, but I want to make it reasonably good.
With all your creatures being so cheap and small, Return to the Ranks and Ranger of Eos can give you quite the card advantage for a seemingly endless assault of 1/1 flyers.
Sunlance may have its use, but white has better 1-mana removal, like Path to Exile. If you aren't afraid to lose some life, then Dismember is also an option.
Just for kicks, why don't you turn everything into Suntail Hawks with Mirrorweave. This obviously works better if you have something to boost your creatures, but you don't want Honor of the Pure and its many friends. Though you could turn everyting into something large on your opponent's side (after your flyers attacked unblocked, of course).
Ghost Quarter gives land hate, if you need it, and pushes delirium for Topplegeist just a bit further.
Spirit Bonds seems like a good choice in this deck to double up on all your Suntail hawks, giving them ghost friends. Leonin Sun Standard could be fun because it has "sun" in the name and pumps your team. March of Souls turns everyone into suntail hawks
Humility makes your hawks really efficient at 1 mana!
Or, if flying is a big advantage for you and you don't want to lose it, Magus of the Moat.
Definitely play Meekstone. Maybe Winter Orb, depending on how troll you want to go. You can play a bunch of cards that make it really awkward to be anything but Suntail Hawk.
Proclamation of Rebirth used to be where it's at, but now Return to the Ranks or Immortal Servitude or Rally the Ancestors might be better. Probably Immortal Servitude. You only ever need X=1, so it costs 4 mana to revive everything in your graveyard,
I knew Humility wasn't what I had in mind. Godhead of Awe. That's where you want to be. Opponent has all 1/1s. You have all 1/1 flyers for 1 mana. G2SB?
Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.

I also kind of want to avoid the White Weenie staples Honor of the Pure and Brave the Elements, just to try to be different.
Here's what I have so far
4 Lantern Kami
4 Judge's Familiar
4 Aven Skirmisher
4 Kitesail Scout
4 Topplegeist
2 Ghirapur Orrery
4 Sunlance
3 Guardians' Pledge
3 Skeleton Key
2 Contested War Zone
Other ideas:
Haunted Fengraf always has a deterministic result
Gaze of Justice
Gleam of Authority
Spirit Bonds
Mindstorm Crown as an alternative to Ghirapur Orrery, possibly better but not as fun
Vault Skirge sort of counts as a Suntail Hawk? It doesn't really feel like one.
Beckon Apparition could act as another Suntail Hawk and gives your deck some graveyard hate.
Sunlance may have its use, but white has better 1-mana removal, like Path to Exile. If you aren't afraid to lose some life, then Dismember is also an option.

Of course, things like Winter Orb and Armageddon make a Weenies deck compete with the rest.

Would Squadron Hawk and Welkin Hawk be OP? LOL.
Mentor of the Meek or Slate of Ancestry would be good to draw cards and kill refilling your hand. Orrery works too.
