Need help to polish this deck. It's a tribal bird U/W casual deck with sacrifice as the main theme. The idea behind it is to sac birds to Altar of Dementia or Seaside Haven to make Soulcatchers' Aerie and Soulcatcher fat. Thrummingbird helps with that too. Most of the birds included do something when they come into play or when they die. Sb: Turn Aside to protect my enchantments and artifacts, mostly a very fat Soulcatchers' Aerie. Win conditions are fat birds and maybe milling saccin' fat birds to Altar of Dementia.
Stormscape and Warden make your birds much cheaper to play and cycle through.
Welkin Hawk is probably the best "dies" effect after Roc Egg, since it puts another bird directly in hand.
Mindcensor is a metagame choice. If your opponents play a lot of fetchlands and/or tutors, it can really mess up their decks to stall them while you do your thing.
Pride isn't a bird, but it makes bird tokens and it's huge if you have a lot of birds out.
Keeper and Mimeomancer give you a way to interact with enemy creatures, since your deck otherwise lacks much interaction. Riftwatcher is a great chump blocker and can buy you some time with the lifegain if you are having trouble stalling until you can go off.
Cloudfin Raptor is just for curve considerations, if you want more 1-drops. But with the cost-reducers, you may not want or need more 1-drops.
Maybe cut Altar down to 2 copies, since you only need it once you already have a Soulcatcher and many birds.
Thanks for the reply I've done some testing and Pride of the Clouds doesn't really fit since I mostly filter all of my birds saccing them to the altar and drawing / scrying cards in the proces and making just one Soulcatcher very fat. Welkin Hawk is great, maybe a 3 or a 4, since they keep my hand full of more saccing material, just like Squadron Hawk. I've tested Stormscape Familiar but I don't really need the acceleration, I think, since most of my birds are 2cmc drops, that needs more testing.Cloudfin Raptor is a great find! I'm afraid if I cut 2 copies of Altar I'll never get it in my hand, and it's a great bird saccing tool and a win condition on itself. How about replacing some of the 3cmc birds for 2cmc birds and running Immortal Servitude as a sort of finisher?
Even with 2cmc drops, a lot of your birds cost 1W or 1U, so they still benefit from cost reduction. For example, with Stormscape Familiar out, you can play Squadron Hawks for W, theoretically casting 3-4 hawks all at once! You can do the same thing with Welkin Hawks if you have Altar out. That lets you fill up the graveyard very efficiently, dumping counters on Soulcatchers. Maybe you don't need it, but I'd still try testing it out. It seems like a useful boost. Also, it frees up your mana to use Seaside Haven more often.
Immortal Servitude seems like a great finisher, especially if you find you don't have many birds in play at once at the end. Rally the Ancestors could work too, for one big hasty alpha strike with many counters on Aerie.
Thanks dude! I'll give Stormscape Familiar some more testing. And Rally the Ancestors is way better, at least in this deck. It's instant speed and cheaper.
Cryptic Gateway can help spit out more birds, imagine your smalls birds spitting out bigger birds. Imagine tapping two birds to spit out a Darba than immediately sac'ing it for 5 mill.
Have you considered Cauldron of Souls? The Aerie should keep creatures alive when they return with Persist, that you can sacrifice again. [i know there's a different artifact that does almost the same thing, without the Persist.]

Cryptic Gateway Just seems too slow, and the Darba thin wouldn't work cuz it's a beast and not a bird. I could spit out bigger birds but I'd rather be winning by turn 5.
Keeper of the Nine Gales is pretty neat and I wanted to make this deck more of a control-themed bird deck at first but now I think the keeper just slows my tempo.

Thanks for all the help!
