What do you guys think? I was thinking maybe -1 kentaro, the smiling cat, -1 sensei golden-tail, +1 takeno, samurai general, +1 nagao, bound by honor. Kentaro's effect is useless here. What exactly happens when you use golden-tails effect on a creature that already has bushido? If I keep konda, lord of eiganjo and switch out the previously mentioned cards, should I add more lands? To the most important part, the spells. As of right now I have 12 open slots for spells. What would you guys suggest? Thanks!
I would suggest at least 3 Taken and 3 Sensei Golden-Tail. Also adding in Arabia Mothrider and spells such as Pacifism to protect through the air is also a good idea.

It gains another instance of bushido 1 and becomes a samurai in addition to its other types (though if the creature is already a samurai, that part is kind of redundant). When a creature with multiple instances of bushido blocks or becomes blocked, each instance will trigger and resolve seperately. So this is different from having bushido X, where X is the sum of the individual bushido abilities, though the end result is the same.
Also note, that the training counter is just a reminder. While some cards can interact with it, adding or removing training counters in any other way than by using the Golden-Tail's ability will not add or remove bushido nor the samurai creature type.
My experience with heavy-Bushido decks is that they are SO FUN flavorwise, but it was an absolute headache constantly having to calculate all the different bonuses w/Bushido. Takeno was probably the worst offender here.
Whatever, maybe that's your cup of tea. Cool. I'm just bringing it up because it really put me off of Samurai forever after a few months of playing with it. Knowing this beforehand would have saved me the $ and the disappointment.

Calculating the bonus is simple it's just temporary buffs. I love playing samurai
Thanks to all who replied it helps a lot. Thank you for the card suggestions and clearing up my questions. I should be posting a new decklist soon. Wouldn't journey to nowhere or oblivion ring be better than pacifism? Speaking of that does anyone have any more suggestions for spells? I haven't really played much in a while and I've never been too familiar with W.
I agree with cutting Kentaro. It does nothing for a monowhite deck.
Konda's Hatamoto can be a powerhouse if you have enough Legendary Samurai. 2/4 vigilance Bushido 1 for 2 mana!! That's better than all your other 2-drops and 3-drops. I would want a higher Legendary Samurai count to support that. Maybe 3 copies of Nagao and 2 Takeno. They both give you good endgame, buffing your whole army.
Konda seems too expensive. I'd cut it. With Bushido 5 and indestructible, it's very annoying to attack into, but it sucks on offense (only deals 3 damage). Takeno is expensive but at least has an immediate impact on the board.
Honor of the Pure seems good, since you are a weenie aggro deck. Spear of Heliod gives you added utility for 1 more mana, although it's slow and mana-intensive, not a good fit for aggro.
I would say keep at least 3 sensei golden tail in your deck. As was previously mentioned it does only give Bushido 1 but if you can keep it on the field that adds up quick. Also, sensei pulls a lot of removal. People start seeing counters from it and they will bomb it really fast. This might seem counter intuitive to put in a card just to pull hate but it will make your legendaries good in the later game. At worst it gives your Konda and Takeno a chance to stick.
Another samurai I like is Indebted Samurai. If you have it on the field when your sensei gets chopped all the more value for you.
This is all personal experience of course. I've had my samurai deck since the kmaigawa block and have edited it an untold amount of times ( I'm gonna edit again soon to see if I can get value out of the newest blocks). Sometimes you need to make the sacrifice of some legends to get the win
Be careful with Indebted Samurai, though, since you're running a full set of Samurai of the Pale Curtain. No death triggers can go off while that one is on the battlefield, because no permanent is put into a graveyard, they get exiled instead. Pale Curtain is the better of the two, so I'd avoid Indebted. (Yes, there is anti-synergy within an already small tribe.)
That is true but I personally would drop pale curtain for Araba mothrider. flying is far more important in a deck like this which is typically low to the ground
I have the mothrider in my side deck for flying decks. I can switch pale curtain or hand of honor depending on what deck I am going against. Think there's anything worth switching out for oathkeeper, takeno's daisho or konda's banner?
no mention of Brothers Yamazaki? a pair of 4/3's for 2R is pretty decent.
I know keeping the deck mono white seems like a good idea, but there are a few decent red Samurai, like Ronin Houndmaster and Fumiko the Lowblooded.
I also agree that evasion is better than graveyard control. Mothrider > Pale Curtain. Pale Curtain is sideboard fodder, if the opponent runs graveyard manipulation.
And I always recommend Cycling land- Secluded Steppe, in this case- as late game land is a wasted draw.

I'm not sure I agree with splashing red. I've tried it and honestly o think it hinders more than it helps. With a mono white deck you don't have to worry about paying all those double white costs where you would need to worry at times with a second color.
I prefer Oathkeeper myself as it gives a pseudo indestructibility
I agree that the samurai bros are good cards. I'm not trying to say there aren't good red samurai I just never found it a good balance to add red in. There just needs to be more samurai.... I was disappointed in the tarkir block

Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho is an awesome equipment.
Feel free to check out my samurai deck in my Sig.

For spells, Swords to Plowshares is the single best white removal spell ever printed. They should be affordable now with all the reprints and the decline in Legacy's popularity. Other good options are Path to Exile (but very expensive due to Modern), Oblivion Ring, Temporal Isolation (flash can be very useful), Condemn, and Unexpectedly Absent.
Honor of the Pure seems good, since you are a weenie aggro deck. Spear of Heliod gives you added utility for 1 more mana, although it's slow and mana-intensive, not a good fit for aggro.
I might do something like:
4 Brave the Elements
4 Honor of the Pure
Or -2 Brave + 2 Oblivion Ring if you want answers to noncreature permanents.
