After thorough research I have made my mono-black-sacrifice deck. I know there are tons of mono-black-budget deck guides, but I don't feel like they're getting me anywhere further.
I have been playing with the deck a couple of times now, and I feel like I have two main problems:
I don't draw enough cards, mainly lands. Many of my friends have cards where they can look through their deck or the top 4 cards and then pick something up.
There is not enough consistency/synergy. Often I dont have all creatures/spells on my hand to get a nice combo going.
I hope you guys can help me out. I am not specifically looking for budget cards, but I would prefer it.
I have a lot of creatures. Maybe too many. Or many that does the same thing. I would like to streamline my deck. At the moment I only play casual with my friends, so we play no real format for now.
I'm gunna mention some out of budget stuff but not to crazy. I would bump your swamps up, im thinking anywhere between 24-26 lands. that will fix your mana issue personally if you can snag a few Cabal Coffers id put about 3 in this. Cut everything else out. maybe have a land base of 3 cabal coffers 20 swamps, 2 Unholy Grotto and 1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. Grotto works well with zombie sac builds if your willing to drop a few non-zombies. Gray Merchant of Asphodel they are dirt cheap and will piss your friends off badly if you have a lot of mana symbols in play. fleshbag marauder was a good choice he synergies well with Grotto.Korlash, Heir to Blackblade is beautiful with Grotto and with grabbing mana for you if you run at-least 3-to a playset, plus hes kicking dicks in hard only downside for him is exiles or locks. I feel like Hero’s Downfall is better then murder, it gives more options if a walker slips by your despise. Mutilate can be funny for multiplay as it works well with Korlash but screws your field if you have no way to bring things back. also Lashwritheand Vampire Nighthawk work beautifully together and lastly Phyrexian Arena is the pride and joy of black anything for card draw just as long as you have a good lifegain engine.
I hardly spent anything on this but also owned most of it anyway. If you did have to buy all of it the deck still only will run you about $40 give or take. And if you use a land like Everglades you are probably better off with something like Orzhov Basilica because the land card you send back to your hand wouldn't have to be untapped. This deck isn't perfect but it is alot of fun to play and can really turn a game around when you get the ball rolling with Reassembling Skeleton, Bloodthrone Vampire, and Dictate of Erebos.

I am still a novice really and a kitchen table player with a budget always in mind. Deck building is almost my favorite part.
