Hello everyone. I've been working on a strange attrition-prison style control deck that utilizes Black and Green's ability to be destructive and regenerative at the same time. The goal is to use one of my favorite cards of all time, Pox, alongside cards like Seasons Past and [card]Splendid Reclamation in order to minimize the harm done to yourself in the process and slowly grind your opponents to death. The strengths of this deck rely on its versatility in how it can dismantle an opponent's deck. Here is the current decklist:
As you can see, this is kind of a bare bones deck, and I was looking for any advice for how to upgrade it without breaking a comfortable budget. I'd like to spend as little money as possible.
How do you win? Like what are you using to actually kill your opponent?
Consider some amount of Reassembling Skeleton or Bloodghast if you can afford them. Also Go for the Throat is likely better than Doom Blade and Putrefy is likely better still if the difference between 2 and 3 mana isn't too big. You'll also definitely need some better fixing than just 12 swamp and 12 forest if you plan on casting all these double and triple black spells, consider Jungle Hollow and Golgari Guildgate as budget options.
Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.

I was going to just use the life loss from pox and smallpox but I guess that's a little slow...
Thanks for the fixes! Also, are their better ramp spells for my splendid reclamation strategy?
I'm pretty sure Harrow is the only card that synergizes with splendid reclamation. Merciless Resolve does give you some card draw in exchange for a land though and you can sac a creature instead of a land if you happen to have one lying around. I think Dark Deal is pretty bad honestly, you have tons of discard already. Consider perhaps Shrieking Affliction or The Rack as win conditions if you are still against using creatures.
