I don't think there is much of a difference in casting verdict or fall first. Sculler is the most powerful, but has a restriction. You want to cast it last unless you think that it might wiff. Pay attention to their board state and their discards to verdict. I'd probably lead with verdict to see what they do, then follow up based on that.
