So I got inspired a bit by a Mono Green Aggro deck posted on SCG and realized that I had a fair bit of the cards sitting idle in my collection, albeit not all of them. Wanting to try out something fun I decided to rummage through my green cards and see what cards I could slot in to make up for the missing ones without having to go order/trade some. In doing so I came across Werebear and decided to include it in the list, it obviously makes it no longer Modern legal but I'm fine with that as it's more a fun, casual experiment. Enough creatures and pump spells in the deck are mainly going there to the end of each turn, so the yard will fill up and makes for a nice creature if it get's to longer games, which in casual would be more likely to happen.
Since I had no spare BoP around, I decided to help fuel my bears with Search for Tomorrow, which might be a tad slower but does fuel the yard. To maximize my bears a bit more I went and included a couple of Scryb Rangers, which can make my bears tap for mana only to be untapped and charge in after all. To do so I do need to bounce a land but returning a tapped land does limit the mana loss there. Taking advantage of this and Search for Tomorrow I added in some Jaddi Offshoot creating some defense and incidental life gain as well. Which in turn made it more viable to run Mutagenic Growth as well, since I lacked the Rancor that was in the original list.
The first few test hands have been interesting and am looking to make some small changes. The Elvish Mystics are probably going to be cut and to take more advantage of the landfall triggers I'm considering adding Scythe Leopards for them instead. Along with that I do feel that some more card draw would be good, so might see about an additional copy of Life's Legacy but currently only have one around.
Thanks for the suggestion, I don't think I have any around at the moment but did some goldfishing with a few tweaked variations. Through it I decided that Scythe Leopard wasn't a good fit and that a second Life's Legacy actually felt clunky. The latter is good in a pinch but other then that it can sit idle in hand a fair bit. That said, I ended up making a few tweaks to the list and will look in getting the few cards I need for that.

Grafted Wargear deserves a look in the Primal Forcemage slot. It can't support a team, but gets the singletons through while dodging creature removal.
