So, before we get started, I want to put this on the table:
I love Athena. I love Minerva. I'm an irreligious atheist, but Athena is one of the awesome gods I can totally get behind.
I left Magic for the while due to a lack of budget and life being busy as ****, but I recently got back in to it and looked up cards. And I discovered Theros.
Ever since then I've felt...compelled, to build a deck around her. The sad thing is, I'm very much a red player, with a hint of black, so how to build and operate a good blue/white deck is beyond me.
So, I petition you, MtG Salvation. In my time of need, send me the light of Ephara! Help me construct a deck worth of her magnificence.
I already have some ideas for cards I want in it.
So I tweaked things to make them a little more...heroic.
The only rules are "stick with the theme." This is a human city, populated by intelligent and learned scholars and defended by soldiers. Lands and artifacts that represent buildings are a must, as the city itself is also a central character of the "story" being told with this deck. The city is defended by citizen soldiers and its love of the sciences and bureaucracy should be visible in the spells.
Well... to be honest, I think it needs a lot of work. I can't quite follow your intent here and I think you'd be better off with a few other paths:
- UW Heroic is a pretty common aggro build that you can research
- Ephara really shines with creatures with flash or instant blink strategies
- Inspired needs to be built around via ways to tap your creatures or giving them evasion
You seem to have your foot in too many doors, a little bit of this, a little that, a little some other things. Life gain is typically not worth it unless you devote to it (Soul Sisters, for example).
You have some bad cards in here (Radiance) and there is no need for mill here (Spiral) and you seem to be valuating "shuffle your graveyard back in" more than it is worth (Elixir).
To be nitpicky, do try to check your links for spelling as you won't get much feedback if the links don't work.
I don't think you have much of a "finisher." You don't quite swarm and you don't quite control enough to play a finisher.
Don't get discouraged though, we can help. Any thoughts on the plans I presented at top?
This deck represents the defenses of a city that worship Ephara. The people of the city are citizen soldiers who will happily pick up arms to defend their homes, and there are also many scholars who specialize in casting enchantments and a few other law-mage-ish spells.
So, with that said, I guess what I'm looking for is an UW Heroic Soldier Swarm with a splash of UW control.
PS: What misspellings? I have no idea what you're talking about.

And, more importantly, I discovered there's an Athena Expy in Ephara, God of the Polis.

But let me see if I can try and cohere the story.
