Voting against 1 each of Krarks thumb/ gamble/ game of chaos/ impulse. Due to the chance nature of this deck anyway I don't believe having 4 copies of any one card will matter. Also having 4 thumbs will lead to to many dead draws IMO.
Voting out all Squee's Revenge, because I think it's bad for the following:
Say we have no Krark's Thumb. The average number of cards we'll draw off a Revenge is 1 card -- flip 1 (50% * 2 = 1), flip 2 (25% * 4 = 1), etc...
In other words, it's a three-mana sorcery-speed cantrip. I'd rather play Divination.
Now, yes, it does indeed trigger Chance Encounter. However, the sheer number of flip cards out there has surprised me, and we've really got more than enough flippers.
Also, with Krark's Thumb out it's better, but since we're cutting one we can't rely on it (not that we should anyway). And it's still not much better than Divination, which is still not somewhere we want to be.

-4 sea gate oracle. It plays badly with puppet's verdict (which I wish we had four of), and is one mana more than impulse for a weaker effect. If I were building this in paper, I'd be putting in a different cantrip. Also, -4 goblin bomb. Its by far the weakest coin flip card here. Firey gambit gets a ton of coins, krark's thumb is required for planar chaos, puppet's verdict, and stitch in time to be playable. I don't see another option for a cut except maybe mana crypt to move the deck back to being legacy legal.

I think the total votes on Game of Chaos are wrong. It should have one vote to remove 4 and one vote to remove just 1 copy. I'm going to vote to remove all of them and combine the votes and cut one. (so we have 2 @ -4 and 1 @ -1). My reasoning is that the RRR to cast it is just too restrictive. If someone wants to vote against the remaining ones we will be close to finishing this one.
I'll vote out the rest of game of chaos for the aforementioned triple mountain requirement. I'm also going to vote for then combine vote on removal of one gamble again using the aforementioned reasoning.
Since this thread is active again, I'm going to vote against Mirari also. I agree that it's too mana intensive. I'm also going to throw a vote against two copies of impulse, the card is great, but we need to trim the numbers just a little bit more so we can be done with this.
I'm going to vote against one copy of gamble. I love the card in a deck that can fill it's hand. But in this deck, I think it will be too easy to get into 'top deck mode' which makes gamble a terrible draw.
I hope you guys don't mind me swooping in to finish this thing off. I agree with GumGod that Gamble is terrible in top deck mode. I'm also going to cut one.
