Super low cost (most cards cost less than 3 mana to use) that allows control of the game from the start. Dwindling opponent's hand, keeping opponent's creatures under lock and key via tapping them, blocking hassle monsters with deathtouch, exile super pain in the neck creatures, extorting when casting spells. Creatures can gain firststrike, lifelink, exalted bonus, stat bonus, and swampwalk! Elixir of Immortally helps recycle cards that you need back. Sideboard is focused on adding red to the mix and swapping out for burn cards like firebolt to speed up ending the game instead of controlling the game while poking at opponent and the opponent can not do anything to stop it.
Tell me if this deck is legal in modern or not, also if not, tell me why it is not legal in modern. Please tell me if I can make this Modern Legal or the cards I need to swap out to make it so.

I believe the enemy-colored fetchlands will be reprinted in Battle for Zendikar (releases Oct.2, 2015). Reprinting Marsh Flats will likely drop the price from its current price of ~$25 USD each to ~$10 USD. If you don't mind waiting a few months to buy Marsh Flats, you could significantly reduce the total cost of the deck (by ~$60).
You can replace the 4x Scoured Barrens maindeck with 4x Nomad Outpost. Since Scoured Barrens is going to ETBT anyways, you might as well use Nomad Outpost as it produces R as well. Having access to more R-producing sources can be better than the life gain since you might be siding-in up to 9x R cards.

01. I Switched out firebolt and it still says legacy and not modern.
02. For now I/anyone can use evolving wilds in place of Marsh Flats which has lower the price quite a bit while doing the same job. If you want to use this deck, then scrap out the 15 side cards since the combined price of the 15 side cards are (somewhat) expensive until someone can afford them.
03. What is ETBT?
04. might as well switch out for Nomad Outpost since it will confuse or bewildered opponents.

Looks Modern legal to me.
OK? I use deckstats.net as a reference point and saying legacy legal for some reason?
Deck still has Firebolt in SB. Maybe that's why? Firebolt is not Modern legal.
I took out ALL firebolts in all decks (main and side.) I just have not updated the picture, as I have been off this website trying to perfect my other deck.
