I'll third the votes to cut Demonic Tutor and Grim Harvest. I'll also second the vote to cute Soldevi Agnate, and vote to cut the two Loxodon Warhammers. All of our big guys have evasion of one sort of another, and it doesn't seem particularly important to what we want to be doing.
Just to clarify, this should be one vote against both hammers correct? (You listed it as 2 @ -1)
I can get behind that. I really like the life gain on the hammers, but I don't think it's needed here. In a pinch we can just gain some life off Trading Post. I'll vote to remove both hammers (bringing us to 2 @ -2).
Its been fun watching this progress. I guess I'll jump in with the cuts.
I vote -2 Moriok Rigger because while it synergizes with some of the deck, I think to be good it necessitates moving the deck away from the focus on the demon, and towards a recurring artifact style of play. I'd also like to up the Royal Assassin count to 3 to provide a more consistent threat to the opponent's creatures on field and hopefully move pressure off of the Priest of Yawgmoth and Yawgmoth Demon. I'll also add a third vote for the removal of the warhammers. and the increase on spine of ish shah. I think that a singleton Soldevi Adnate makes sense for more mana consistency. It is noticeably worse than Priest.

When something has three votes, we can combine them. Updating the list. You can also cancel out one of the votes against Adnate if that was your intention.
I'm pretty disappointed that the Warhammer left. It was really cool. Oh well!
I'll also vote against Moriok Rigger. While it's a good card, I find it a tad slow and not essential in any way to our deck.
I'm going to vote against Go for the Throat. We already have Royal Assassin, Executioner's Capsule and Puppet Strings. That's enough for our needs, I think.
I'm pretty disappointed that the Warhammer left. It was really cool. Oh well!
Warhammer is a fantastic card, but it ties up a lot of mana and we needed to cut something. It didn't seem essential.
I'll also vote against the rigger. He is a cool card that I hadn't considered before, but he also seems a tad slow and not essential. Third vote, so cutting them.
I want someone to jump in and trim a land slot out of here.
Meh, be that way! Land removed. I'll also throw in a vote against go for the throat, though I think the cut could just as well be on Executioner's Capsule. Looking at the other options for cutting, we're still 9 cards over. Priests are obviously not on the table to be cut, and I really feel that Soldevi as Priest #5 is good. Retrievers will keep the deck running long term, and most of the creature package numbers make sense. 24 Creatures is perfectly reasonable (admittedly there will be some more cuts here), so I support focusing the majority of the cuts on the non-creature spells, especially the 19 artifacts.
My personal evaluation of the artifacts is below: Executioner's Capsule - Either this or Go for the Throat will probably have to go. I guess we're leaning towards the latter so this stays. Ichor Wellspring - Excellent card for our purposes, we might be able to cut 1 but probably not more than that. We need the draw. Puppet Strings - On paper its super strong with Priest, I think testing might put it lower depending on how often our priests are generating more than 2 mana per sac. I like the defensive ability, but we might get away with cutting one. Trading Post - I think we all know how strong this card is. Once we get the list down to 60, we can look at adding another copy. 3 seems right for the card. Ugin's Nexus - Currently this is near the top of my list of cards to cut completely. I think there will be many cases where this is exactly the wrong card to draw. It is insanely powerful though... Spine of Ish Sha - I think the second spine probably would have been better as the demonic tutor that was in earlier. Having some tutor effects might allow more of a toolbox setup. This deck will never need more than one spine in hand or play if priest is on the board. Sol ring - I would be an idiot to argue against this. Nim Deathmantle - I think this would also be better as a 1-of with tutors. In the current setup, I can't imagine cutting it though. Mana Vault - See Sol Ring.
Based on the above, what if we cut a wellspring, puppet strings, trading post, nexus, Spine, and deathmantle in favor of 3-4 tutors. That would be a total cut of 2-3 cards, while still having access to the same effects.
EDIT: I'm also adding a vote to cut a perilous myr, as we have our mana producers at 2 cost, and the cmc of our cards affects mana generation. My biggest worry right now is the mana base producing black mana on turn 2. We only have 6 black sources.

That was my original thought process when I added Demonic Tutor, however we won't be able to actually add tutors now, since we are in the cutting phase. We just need to get it down to 60.
EDIT: I'm also adding a vote to cut a perilous myr, as we have our mana producers at 2 cost, and the cmc of our cards affects mana generation.
I think this is one of the weaker cards right now since as you say the 2 drop spot is crowded, and we have added additional removal options. I think trimming the numbers on this and potentially Myr Retriever would not hurt, but do I think retriever is the stronger card as it directly combos with the focus card.
My biggest worry right now is the mana base producing black mana on turn 2. We only have 6 black sources.
Phyrexia's Core is a placeholder, I picked it as an on theme color neutral land, but any left in the deck at the end will become swamps. Actually I'm going to go ahead and make those into swamps right now since we didn't end up with multiple colors, and therefore no longer really need the placeholders (done). If anyone wants any number of Phyrexia's Core in the deck then they will need to add them. We can still add non-basics in place of basics in the cutting phase since it doesn't add to the total number of cards in the deck. That means there are actually 18 sources of black mana currently, two of which are legendary.
I'm going to back you up on removing some myr. I'll throw a vote to remove 2 Perilous Myr. The addition of other removal means the 2 damage is not going to be super relevant to our goals either.
I'm not sold on removing Ugin's Nexus. I think it's one of the more interesting cards in the deck. However it exiles when it is used, making it more difficult to really abuse, so I'm thinking hard about voting against it.
Edit: We might be able to trim a Puppet strings also as the deck still functions fine even if we don't draw it. I'll throw a vote against it and see where it goes.
Editing again, sorry I edit posts a lot...
Is Steel Hellkite needed here? I mean he doesn't do anything by entering or leaving the battlefield. (Wow random thought, why didn't we add Sundering Titan? - sorry distracted by 'leaves the battlefield'). I mean Steel Hellkite is a great card, but if we can connect with a flier, and the card we are building around flies... Then we should just be winning already? I know there are situations where it kills tokens or goblins ect, but shouldn't that just be a sideboard card? Also I think he got weaker by taking out the tutor, as a singleton it's not reliable that we are going to draw it when we need that type of removal, and in most other cases he's just another six mana flier, which makes it feel like a "win more" type of card.
Maybe I'm bias from playing hellkite in legacy, but my experience leads me to believe that that card is amazing. Titan could also be good in the slot though. I'm updating my vote against perilous Myr to match yours, and will add a vote against puppet strings. I'm also adding a vote to drop the nexus down to a singleton.
Honestly, I was a bit at a loss of what to cut! Thanks for the more in-depth card-by-card analysis!
I'll cut the 2 Perilous Myrs. I'm also down to cut a Puppet Strings.
I didn't dare say it, but now I will: I don't like Ugin's Nexus at all... As you said, they can be quite a useless draw when you really need action. (although strong with the demon). I'll vote to cut them all.
Wow, I can't believe no one thought of Myr Battlesphere 'til now! That would have been perfect!
I'm going to vote out 1 Ichor Wellspring. We have Yawgmoth's Bargain in the deck, so if we still have four good draw spells here.
I guess I'll add votes to cut spine and nim deathmantle, they're the last cards that I think we won't want to see in multiples. I'll second the ichor wellsprings cut too.
Wow, I can't believe no one thought of Myr Battlesphere 'til now! That would have been perfect!
Oh, I thought about it, but I sort of collect them, so I just assumed my opinion was biased and didn't mention it. I'm up to 18 copies of that card and pick them up by throwing them into trades whenever I see them...
I'll vote against 2 Ugin's nexus and combine the votes. (2 @ -2 and 1 @ -1 = one cut and two votes remaining to cut the last one). Paying 5 mana to take a single extra turn and then exiling the card is a little too 'fair'.
Monday edit: 4 days with no activity. :/ I'm going to vote against the two go for the throat. I think we have enough removal and it seems like an easy spot to cut. This brings us to 63 cards.
Ok let's wrap this up. I'll vote against 1 Ugin's Nexus, 1 Soldevi Adnate and 1 Ichor Wellspring because I like everything else in the deck more. I'm going to wait 24 hours before rolling the dice in case anyone thinks we should make changes to the lands.

Personally I'm ok with the lands the way they are. I also like how this one turned out. I imported the list into deckbox just to see and it says the value of missing cards (cards not in my collection) is only $6.07 so I could potentially build this in paper for very minimal investment. I may have to do that, just for fun.
I see that I might be late to the party and I'm mobile so excuse my formatting. ashnod's altar might work well with the myrs and disciple as an alternate win con?
I'm going to necro this thread because even though it took me a while, I actually built it...
I already had one nice Yawg Demon for my Antiquities set, so I picked up three of the most beat to hell demons I could find. This included getting one that is held together with tape... I never picked up Puppet Strings or Executioner's Capsule though, but I decided to post anyway. When I got the cards together for the photo, I could not find my cathodians... so I improvised. The first photo is as close as I can actually get to building to the deck this thread created. Oh and I decided to use the original Urborg for both flavor and budget reasons (instead of the Tomb of Yawgmoth)
I didn't stop there though. I decided that I really wanted to play Yawgmoth Demon in 93/94. According to Eternal Central rules I can use CE moxes and 4x Mana Vault so this is where ***** gets real.
