You can chain two Myr Retrievers with Heartless Summoning for various shenanigans, such as Bitter Ordeal.
Your Glissa combo doesn't quite work, she only triggers off of your opponents' creatures dying and so doesn't go infinite. Free recurring Shock isn't all that bad, even if it is a step down from infinite damage to everyone.
The Quillspike + Devoted Druid combo doesn't work with Presence of Gond, since you need to tap the Druid for mana to pay for Quillspike. You don't really need it, though, since the combo also gives you an arbitrarily large Quillspike. You might want a source of trample to get it through, though.
Coat of Arms and Flourishing Defenses don't do enough on their own here, and also cost too much.
On that note, you probably want more lands as well.
Myr Superion could work. The classic combo is Heartless Summoning + Superion for a second-turn 4/5, but you can also drop it turn 3 off of Devoted Druid.
You may want some more toughness-pumpers to prevent lots of your guys from dying to Heartless Summoning. Leyline of Vitality in particular also gives some combo potential.
I don't like the fact that If you have Heartless Summoning out, you can't play Quillspike because he will die. Seems like you have two decks with no synergy at all in one shell. Sure, Leyline of Vitality can solve that, but sounds like a bad strategy since you devote slots in your maindeck to "patch" over your weaknesses instead of making the deck more reliable.
That being said, I thk that you can make two great deck out of these cards. I would definitely make a list of everything that fits with Heartless Summoning shenanigans and in a second time a list of cool stuff to do with -1/-1 counters or infinite pump.

This won't work. The Quillspike will die while the Curio's triggered ability is on the stack. Plus Curio does very little for your deck otherwise, so it's a dead draw.
I made some huge changes to the deck since last time, probably not nearly as consistent as other Elf Combo decks in Modern but it's still a work in progress I suppose. Golgari just wasn't working for me despite not having access to spot removal cards aside from Beast Within.

4 Llanowar Elves
4 Devoted Druid
4 Quillspike
4 Elvish Archdruid
4 Eternal Witness
4 Rancor
4 Guttural Response
4 Genesis Wave
4 Coat of Arms
4 Flourishing Defenses
14 Forest
4 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
Strategy of the deck is to get combo off with Devoted Druid, Quillspike, and Flourishing Defenses to spam infinite Elves. Once I get combo enchant Rancor onto Quillspike to get trample damage off while attacking while Guttural Response helps prevent my combo pieces from getting countered. Eternal Witness helps me get stuff back especially If I manage to get her out while casting Genesis Wave.
Advice, suggestions, and/or comments are greatly appreciated.
