Primary Goal: Use efficient, powerful effects to piss off the opponent before locking them out with Iso+Orim's Chant and/or bashing their head in with Iona and Co.

Secondary Goal: Pull any and all B.S. that people don't expect white to be capable of.

Please let me know of any suggestions you have regarding what to add, what you would replace, etc.

The 1 CMC slot is quite crowded. I would reduce the amount of 1 drop creatures (Doomed Traveler, Martyr of Sands, Kami of False Hope) because the deck is light on pressure, and Orim's Chant/Swords to Plowshares should be enough to hold back creatures. I also would cut Wall of Omens for the same reason.

Hushwing Gryff, Spirit of the Labyrinth, Phyrexian Revoker and Containment Priest are pretty good "screw you" creatures.

Iona, Shield of Emeria is very good at locking players out, but she isn't going to be realistically castable in this deck. Even casting 4 and 5 drops might be difficult to cast with only 20 lands.

Wrath of God also isn't going to very good when you have a bunch of creatures out. I'd add the 4th Swords to Plowshares and use Arcane Lighthouse to get around Shroud/Hexproof.

Thank you for your suggestions. Any idea how to make Iona a possibility? I already have her and I love the reaction she gets.

Casting Iona means you should run more land, or ways to fetch land.

You've got a lot of little effects that need timely mana available anyway, so getting that count up ought to help more than just Iona.

Tithe, Gift of Estates, Land Tax, and Knight of the White Orchid can all find lands.

I know it doesn't do much to help the Iona situation, but it does put more pressure on the opponent and also adds more exclusion effects to the deck.

Huh, I misremembered Tithe as a sorcery. I like the idea of having it on a Scepter with Top around. Nice way to pull land while refreshing the top of your deck.

Exactly what I was thinking. It almost has me tempted to put in Emeria Angel given the consistent land drops that it would allow, but at the same time I'm trying to keep land as unimportant as possible to allow room for more options.
